Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting May 1st, 2025.Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking in indoor areas.
Parties or loud music are not permitted after 9:00 pm. A minimum fine of €150 will be applied if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to late-night noise complaints.
Please vacate the apartment at the agreed-upon check-out time (11:30) on the departure day and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dining table.
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period; failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of €50.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.
