Super Appartment - sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber

Das Appartment war wirklich toll, gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am Strand in der Umgebung von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants mitten in einer verkehrsberuhigten Fussgängerzone klasse. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und aufmerksam. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank Ivo

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in San Lorenzo al Mare, insbesondere durch diese fantastische Unterkunft. Man bekommt genau das, was im Inserat zu sehen ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, bietet alles was man braucht (Waschmaschine, komplette Küche mit Kochutensilien & Geschirr, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und Bett) und liegt wirklich nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Einziges Problem kann die Lautstärke sein. Durch die Lage direkt in einer belebten Fußgängerzone ist es abends schon mal lauter. Auch die Klimaanlage kann auf Dauer nerven, wenn man empfindlicher ist. Dadurch bekommt man jedoch auch viel vom alltäglichen Leben der Anwohner mit, was grade als ausländischer Tourist wirklich schön ist. Ivo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns trotz der Sprachbarriere alles geduldig erklärt und Fragen beantwortet hat. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ottima vacanza monolocale pulito e accessoriato di tutto.Posizione strepitosa realmente a due passi dal mare. Ivo è molto gentile e disponibile.Complimenti.

Lage unmittelbar am Strand

Das Apartment liegt direkt in einer Fußgängerzone und ist ca. 50m vom Strand entfernt. Es war ausgesprochen sauber und ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls ausreichend. Ivo ist ein sehr netter und korrekter Vermieter, den man kurzfristig erreichen und etwas fragen kann. Durch die Lage bekommt man viel vom italienischen Lebensgeist mit, ohne dass es laut wäre. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzen Mal hier und können das Apartment absolut weiter empfehlen.

Einfach traumhaft …

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Ivo ist ein ganz toller Vermieter, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Die hübsche saubere Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am Strand, man schläft mit dem Geräusch der Wellen ein und wacht morgens damit wieder auf - einfach traumhaft. In Laufnähe sind ein paar schöne Lokale. Wir kommen wieder.

Nido romantico

Piccolo alloggio ma funzionale e ristrutturato con gusto, molto pulito ed accogliente. A due passi dalla spiaggia, ci ha permesso di godere appieno delle bellezze del borgo senza doverci spostare con i mezzi.

Tutto stupendo

Casa pulita e accogliente, fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo, una persona davvero gentile. La zona è tranquilla, tutto il necessario è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi Ottimo su tutti i fronti, lo consiglio assolutamente!
