This beautiful barn conversion lies just outside the town of Axminster overlooking the countryside and the Axe Valley and can sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms.
Apple Barn is beautiful barn conversion positioned on a private farmstead and surrounded by glorious countryside. A short distance from the coast and the market town of Axminster it makes for an ideal base to explore the region. The property comprises of a large open plan living room with oak floors and open tread timber staircase. A woodburner with two sofas. Dining area and kitchen. There is a ground floor kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower room and TV. On the first floor there is a twin/zip link to king and double room, both with en-suite shower rooms. To the front a large decked patio with seating. Parking for 2 cars. Dog welcome but must be kept under control at all times due to livestock. Note: There are steps to the decking and access to the property is via a sloped gravel path. Note: This property can be booked with refs. 1172783 and 1014242, together sleeping up to 15 guests.
Amenities: Central heating, wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV in sitting room and in ground floor bedroom with Freeview and DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. (Starter pack only for fire provided). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, £50 per fee for the second dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs must remain under control at all times due to livestock and all mess must be cleared up. Note: There are steps to the decking and access to the property is via a sloped gravel path.
