A delightful first floor apartment with views over neighbouring farmland and out to sea. The light and sunny open plan living accommodation is attractively furnished whilst the three bedrooms - including two en suite - are equipped with families in mind. The apartment offers a very comfortable retreat in beautiful surroundings, with easy access to the stunning South Devon coastline and nearby beaches.

All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Strictly No Smoking
Town: The village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.

Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size master, 1 x double, 1 x twin single beds. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Two en suite shower rooms and additional family bathroom. Outside furnished balcony. The owner is currently refurnishing the property completely for the new 2020 season.
