Awesome view, comfortable house in a great area

We had a fantastic stay in the house of Jean-François. Both he and Léa (concierge) were very helpful and provided us with a warm welcome. The view, both top floor as second floor is amazing. Just open the sliding doors and feel/smell/hear the view. Bring your binoculars with you, if you want to view all ships and sailboats that come by or check out the birds that live in the treetops. The house lays at a height of 120 meters above sea level (without a car is not really an option) which gives a magnificent view on the sea and coast. The patio terrace outside is an awesome place to stay, it is great for drinks/lunch/dinner with the seaside view. When it is too hot just open the sunshade. The house is very well equipped, we loved the kitchen with large fridge and tasteful espresso barista machine. It is as if you stay in an house of friends. Wi-Fi is good and the clean and new washing + drying machine are very useful if you have children (like us). Jean-François and Léa installed a new and safe stair gate, a highchair was being made available. Some people may think the house is somewhat outdated and the garden is not the most practical but we really loved the beach vibe. Also the 4 modern and spacious sleeping rooms (three of them are equipped with solid airconditioning) and two modern bathrooms were very comfortable. The house is well situated in the area and is very close to several beaches and supermarkets/boulangeries. We would definitely recommend this great place. Thank yo

Tolles Haus

Tolle Lage des Hauses, mit schönem Blick und ich angenehmer Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist gut und besonders der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie die große Terrasse sind klasse. Der Pool war leider etwas kühl. In Summe ein sehr schönes Haus und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit Hr. Makary und Léa war angenehm und beide haben schnell geantwortet und konnten unsere Anliegen schnell klären

Schönes Haus - toller Blick

Schönes, Haus. Geräumig auch für Familien mit Kindern. Zimmer über 2 Etagen verteilt. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Großer Pool, großes Gelände/Garten. Allerdings ist der Abstieg durch den Garten nicht sehr komfortabel und man muss durch die Haustüre ums Haus herunter zum Pool, das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem angenehmen Haus.

Schönes Haus tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, wir waren mit 2 Familien und 3 Kindern da. Es waren zusammen 7 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Der Pool war super und sauber. Vom Haus ist die Küste schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

La maison est conforme à la description et plus lumineuse que sur les photos de présentation. Elle est très bien équipée ( avec un frigo américain et donc un compartiment congélateur pour l’été; la literie est confortable. Avec le plaisir de trouver un peu de café, des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, un peu de tout sans être obligé d’aller faire les courses immédiatement. Une maison qui vit et où l’on a plaisir à revenir en fin de journée. Merci de maintenir ce bel esprit pour recevoir les locataires. Cela se perd ailleurs et c’est dommage. Un excellent séjour.

Great house for families, fantastic view, nice domaine and area

Great house for large families or two families. Perfectly equipped with really all you need and even more... Fantastic sea view, located in a calm and decent domaine in a great area (car highly recommended). Only thing to improve would be to put slightly more love into the garden which is large and good for kids to play outside. However, this does not really downgrade the overall, very good impression! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Séjour idéal

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa. Tout est parfait. C'est une maison qui a ce je ne sais quoi qui rend le séjour unique. Située à flanc de colline, la vue sur la mer est sensationnelle. Léa nous a réservé un très bon accueil et accompagnement. Le propriétaire a été prévenant, bienveillant (il comprendra). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick

Schöne Unterkunft, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Super ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und den Salzwasserpool haben wir sehr genossen. Wir würden wieder kommen, auch wenn es an der ein der anderen Stelle etwas sauberer hätte sein können.

la maison est conforme au descriptif, très agréable lumineuse, avec une vue une mer extraordinaire, vue sur Porquerolles, sur la presqu'ile et le petit port de Carqueiranne vue a 180° visible de toutes les pièces de la maison, calme, fraicheur, chambres climatisées, abritée par des pins, grand jardin permettant la relaxation une piscine et adapté pour jeu de boules ou badminton.proximité immédiate du port de Carqueiranne tous commerces, le port de Hyères a quelques minutes, pistes cyclables... l'accueil de Léa a été très chaleureux. nous reviendrons

Maison familiale très agréable

Séjour très agréable. La maison bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié dans la Californie Varoise et à quelques minutes en voiture de centres villes (Carqueiranne et Hyères) et de plusieurs plages. Parfaite pour recevoir des familles, la maison est très largement équipée et offre de beaux volumes dans les espaces de vie. Le petit plus apprécié : la déco sur le thème marin (peintures du propriétaire, mat et son cordage en guise de garde corps escalier...). Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Family stay in Carqueiranne

I booked this property for the location, close to the sea, located in the La Californie neighborhood and it was a perfect fit for my holidays. I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the house was for a holiday rental and it was great to be able to feel at home, away from home. The view was great and exactly as expected based on the picture and description. I did not use the pool as there was too many mosquitoes for my kids but the sea was so close that it was not a problem. Overall, we had a great time there and I would recommend the property; plenty of space and perfect location.

Haus an fantastischer Lage

Herrliche Aussicht wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir waren fünf Personen (3 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet mit Geräten und Geschirr usw.. Pfannen, Gläser und Geschirr waren teilweise nicht sauber. Die sanitären Anlagen sind tiptop und modern. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit, Badwäsche aufzuhängen. Das grosse Grundstück ist dicht bepflanzt. Mehr Unterhalt wäre wünschbar. Der Weg zum Pool ist für ältere Personen schwer begehbar (steil, steinig, keine Geländer).

Maison très agréable à vivre et sans vis-à-vis

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances (septembre). La maison est très agréable à vivre et accueillante. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis, on a donc beaucoup d'intimité. Le quartier est très calme. C'est donc très reposant. On s'y sent plus comme chez des amis que dans une location (une bouteille de rosé nous attendait dans le frigo, quel bonheur après un long trajet de pouvoir s'installer dans les canapés de la terrase avec la jolie vue). La cuisine est très bien équipée (notamment en terme de vaisselle) tout comme le reste de la maison, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La maison est propre et dispose de beaucoup de rangements. Le parking est facile. La vue est superbe et la terrasse très agréable. La maison a été récemment rénovée, tout est impeccable. La literie est confortable. Les draps de lit sont inclus et il est possible de louer des serviettes, ce qui permet de diminuer la quantité de valises à emporter. Très bien adapté pour les enfants (ici 2 ans et 5 mois): chaise haute, lit bébé, barrière d'escalier, salle de bain avec baignoire, livres, jouets, tobbogan et balancoires. Il y a énormément de choses à faire et à voir dans cette région, 11 jours ne nous ont pas suffi! ++ pour la situation, il y a beaucoup d'activités et de choses à faire à distance raisonnable (entre 10 et 30 minutes), ce qui permet de ne pas passer ses vacances à faire des trajets. Les commerces sont proches, très pratique. Seul petit bémol, les volets ne sont pas occultants (persiennes) mais nous avons facilement trouvé un système pour occulter les chambres d'enfants (qui se réveillent très tôt avec la lumière sinon). Il y a beaucoup de moustiques cette année (comme dans toute la région) et le propriétaire nous a spontanément contacté pour nous offrir une réduction, ce que nous avons apprécié. En conclusion, nous reviendrons certainement et avons déjà hâte!

Maison de vacances ideale

Toute notre famille a apprécié cette maison spacieuse, bien équipée et entretenue. L’échange avec le propriétaire était très sympathique tout comme avec la dame d’accueil qui s’est avérée prévenante et discrète. La location peut être recommandée sans restriction. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l’année prochaine.

Séjour magnifique !
