Welcome to this beautiful island, my apartment has an independent entrance located on the first floor of a small building in a family context on a side street of Via La Fornace. The area is very quiet and residential.
The apartment is 120 square meters in size, has three bedrooms, a very large living room and large kitchen, two bathrooms and two verandas.
Completely new furniture, new kitchen complete with all appliances including dishwasher.
The apartment is very bright and airy thanks to its exposure on all four sides. Quiet area.
