Vacation House in Itria Valley surrounded by greenery

The Holiday Home Cappelluzzo is a typical Apulian old stone house, it dates back to the beginning of the 19th century located in the middle of the famous Itria Valley. It has been restored after years of carelessness, we have tried to give the building its old charm, we have respected its original architecture with care. The lodgings are located in more than 1-hectar land with a little oaks wood, the field is cultivated with olives and wheat and there are also some fruit trees. The holiday home has 3 different lodgings, the first for max 4 people, the second and third 2. The property has got a fantastic terrace where people can sunbathe and relax. The lodgings are close to one of the most beautiful "Green Roads of Europe", it is a green road . In this green road people go for walks, or ride a bike along the tipycal mediterranean countryside, without being disturbed by cars or engine vihicals. The first lodging made in local stone and with the typical "barrel" voult, has an independent entrance. It has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa-bed for 2, a dining room with an old fireplace and a full-fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The second lodging is partly new and partly very ancient, it is the oldest part of the property, It has been supplied for 2 people. It is formed by a trullo, and 2 very old small rooms, in the first there is an alcove (bed for 2) and the second is a tiny kitchnette. There is a bathroom with shower. The third is an open space where we can host 2 people, it has a private bathroom and a kichinette.
