Could have been better!

Very nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, two balconies with tables and chair, three AC units. Despite advising the owner that we would be babysitting our two grandchildren, age 3 and 6 for two days and him saying yes, that's fine, we were given an extra charge of 120 euros. At the last minute, we found out another adult was coming over. I don't contest an extra charge for an adult for two days, but 20 euros per child per day is almost the cost for a full week. The owner obviously sees a big difference between babysitting and sleeping over, enough to charge 80 euros for two small children for two days. We find this extra charge excessive, but paid it. Other renters have always said 'it's okay, no extra charge'. Another negative point is that over the course of seven days, we found six big cockroaches. The owner said that they fly and to keep the doors closed. They do not fly. Ther enter from the bathroom drain and that's where we found them.
