Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir waren zu viert (50,53,80 und 83 Jahre) eine Woche hier, das Haus ist über zwei Etagen und sehr geräumig (allerdings für meine Eltern sehr beschwerlich wegen der Treppen und Steigungen). Das Auto hatten wir in einer Nebenstraße geparkt, der Anstieg zum Haus ist mit Gepäck für Ältere beschwerlich. Aber für uns war es okay, man braucht ein bisschen körperliche Fitness, denn auch die Fahrten durch die bergige Umgebung ist für über 80jährige nicht einfach. Aber der Ort Santa Lucia ist sehr schön. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche unseres Ferienhauses haben wir morgens warm und gemütlich gesessen und oben auf der z.T. überdachten Dachterasse mit separater Grillküche haben wir die lauen Abende sehr genossen (für kühle Temperaturen waren saubere Wolldecken ausreichend vor Ort). Alle 3 Schlafzimmer waren beheizbar (das war in den ersten Nächten angenehm) und für das untere Bad haben wir eine mobile Heizung bekommen. Die Bäder sind modern und komfortabel (sogar mit Waschmaschine), die Betten waren sehr bequem (wir mögen härtere Matratzen) und alles roch sehr sauber und frisch. Paco, unsere Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und hübsch. Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe, Apotheke und Lebensmittelmarkt sind in 8min fussläufig erreichbar, aber sehr steile und enge Straßen. Dieses verwinkelte Haus hat sehr viel Charme und ist gut eingerichtet, um einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen von Gran Canaria zu verbringen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut top! Vielen Dank nochmal an unseren freundlichen Vermieter.

Tolles Ferienhaus in bester Lage, sauber, modern, gut eingerichtet.

Wir waren zu viert im Kletterurlaub (Klettergebiet La Sorrueda liegt unweit entfernt) und haben das Haus von Francisco als Unterkunft gebucht. Zunächst ist zu sagen, dass unser Urlaub mitten in die Auftaktphase der Corona-Krise fiel und wir von der Ausgangssperre betroffen waren. Für einen Hausarest war das Haus prima geeignet, dank der beiden Dachterassen mit 360 Grad Blick. Francisco als Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend uns in unserer Lage zu unterstützen. Er ist sehr sympathisch und spricht gutes englisch. Das Haus ist pragmatisch eingerichtet, verfügt über 2 Badezimmer mit Heißwasserduschen, gut eingerichteter Küche, einer zweiten Barbeque-Küche mit Waschbecken, 2tem Kühlschrank und Grill. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir reichlich frisches Obst, Milch, Bier und ein paar Süßigkeiten vor. Das einzige Manko der Ausstattung waren die vier Holzstühle, die für längeres Sitzen nicht wirklich geeignet sind, da die Lehne sehr steil ist. Dies ist aber gut zu verschmerzen und keiner konnte wissen, dass wir dank Corona darauf angewiesen waren, unsere Zeit sprichwörtlich "abzusitzen" ;). Fazit: klare Empfehlung!
