Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Wohnung sehr sehr einfach ausgestattet, Küchenutensilien sehr dürftig, Heizung nur abends in Funktion, im Bad gar keine Heizung. Keine Handtücher und Tücher fuer die Küche, nur ein Paar Badetücher . Für die Jahreszeit nicht zu empfehlen. Terrasse und Pool sehr schön

Très bien situé et avec une magnifique vue. L'hôte nous a bien accueilli. Mais : -salle de bain et wc sales : miroir non nettoyé, douche avec moisissures. -vaisselle non nettoyée et non essuyée. - la filtration et la lumière de la piscine hors-service - l'hôte nous a demandé une taxe de séjour de 2.75€ par jour par personne, alors que celle ci est à 1€ /jour/personne. ( confirmée par l'Office de Tourisme de Blanes). Max le propriétaire est sympa mais est un petit malin !! Nous avons refusé de payé 2.75€/jour/ personne et avons accepté de régler cette taxe de 1€/pers/jour. Nous aurions très bien pu refuser de payer la totalité de la taxe de séjour car elle n'était pas précisée dans l'annonce Abritel.

Très bon séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis
Le logement dispose d’une super terrasse et d’une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine à débordement est de bonne profondeur, idéale pour 4 personnes. Une plage (Santa Christina) est accessible à pied (10 minutes). Remerciement spécial pour notre hôte Max, il est adorable et à l’écoute de ses convives. À refaire

Good apartment with beautiful views of the sea and nature reserve.
We spent two weeks on holiday in this beautiful apartment with an incredibly beautiful view. The apartment has a very large terrace with a nice clean swimming pool and has a lot of privacy. Furthermore, within a 10 minute walk of two very beautiful beaches. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Maxim thank you for letting us live in your apartment for two weeks.

Good stay in a beautifull place
Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. La vue depuis l'appartement est un enchantement du matin au soir : le soleil se lève face à la cuisine-salon, magnifique ! Quartier très calme en janvier, et possibilité de nombreuses balades à pied depuis la location (dont descente de 10 mn vers un Ermitage et une très jolie plage - un peu plus long au retour pour cause de forte montée - et accès facile en 30 mn à une plage plus intimiste en direction de Lloret). Château de Blanes tout proche à pied aussi (en marchant, accès moins fatigant au départ de la location que du port, où le parking est payant tous les jours toute l'année !), tout comme le jardin botanique Marimurtra (30 mn de marche, ou moins en se garant à la chapelle de Sant Francesc, car peu de places de parking devant le jardin). La piscine n'étant pas chauffée, eau trop froide en janvier pour s'y baigner, mais solarium autour très agréable pour profiter du soleil d'hiver à la mi-journée. Noter que la terrasse couverte est appréciable en cas de pluie (mais à l'ombre en hiver), et que la télé ne propose que les chaînes espagnoles (donc pas de programmes dans d'autres langues).

Great view, some minor inconveniences
The view truly is fantastic, and so is the terrace. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is close to Barcelona and several beautiful towns. Hosts were polite. We, however, think that there are two things to improve: 1. The bed’s mattress is way too soft. So soft we got back pain we’re still dealing with a few days after leaving. 2. There is no washing machine. This is truly inconvenient. A washing machine is way more necessary than the dishwasher installed. No options for washing were given to us except to go find a place somewhere in town. Please fix this problem, it really impacts the guests’ experience.

Atemberaubender Blick
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Herbst hier verbracht, einzigartiger Blick aufs Meer, sehr große Terasse mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Siedlung. Vermieter wohnt im Obergeschoss, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. einer viertel Stunde erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Tossa de Mar oder Lloret de Mar.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Aussicht
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Alina und Max sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Sie sind bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Man bekommt sogar frische Eier von den Hühnern oder frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Das beste ist die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und der tolle Pool. Hier kann man wirklich eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Ist ist auch sehr ruhig in der Umgebung. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Auch Geschäfte sind alles in der Nähe. Die Wohnung selber ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage, wenn es mal sehr warm ist. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht und nochmal viele Grüße an Alina und Max.

No lo recomiendo
La ubicación y vistas perfectas . pero hay algunos aspectos que me gustaría resaltar. 1) La piscina no es apta para niños, tienen una profundidad de 1,6 metros. 2) la cama del sofá el colchón muy mal no se puede dormir en el y además muy sucio . 3) Hay muchas arañas por toda la casa .4) el horno es muy pequeño medidas microondas. 5 ) en general la limpieza es deficiente. 6) el aire acondicionado no esta disponible cuando el cliente quiere. 7 ) De la casa a la playa hay un buen rato caminando y al regreso todo subida y es agotador, no lo recomiendo para personas con problemas de movilidad.8 ) Si la estancia es larga hay poco espacio para guardar ropa.9) No hay lavadora y se tienen que pedir un favor a la dueña para que te deje utilizar la suya. 10 ) la luz exterior esta limitada , la piscina no se puede encender de noche. A parte de lo comentado , Los propietarios bien muy amables , por cierto viven en el piso de arriba y tienes la sensación que te controlan a cada momento.
