Located on the first floor of an elegant residence, the apartment features an impressive entrance with marble flooring in beige shades, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, ideal for welcoming guests. The apartment offers a large terrace, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, perfect for enjoying the view of the surrounding landscape, relaxing in the sun or having breakfast outdoors. Inside, the classic and functional furnishings have been designed to offer maximum comfort. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, and kitchenware, allowing guests to easily prepare their own meals. The living room, bright and spacious, is furnished with a double sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Thanks to the French door, the living room opens onto the terrace, flooding the space with natural light. To the right of the entrance, a practical storage room offers useful accessories such as a drying rack, iron, and ironing board, ensuring that the apartment always stays tidy and functional. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, with a supplement of 50 E for arrivals after 19:00 and until 23:30. The apartment is subject to a 150 E security deposit, which can be paid in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, in the absence of damages.
