This 2nd floor resort style condo offers a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and is located in a beautiful gated community in Florida just a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, queen sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.

A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style pool is also available on the premises.

Gorgeous resort

This listing has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun and heat of Clearwater. It is tastfully decorated with all the comforts of home too. Shopping for groceries is right across the street theres a great place to eat within a 5 minute walk complete with an outdoor patio. The pool is clean and heated to a perfect temperature.

Nice stay at the Avalon

Our condo was very comfortable and very nicely appointed. The host was very attentive and helpful with all needed information. As we have stayed previously at the Avalon, it is appropriate to compare our unit to others we've had. I would put this unit at the top of the list, as it had every convenience and looked very nice. Great stay in Clearwater

Nadia was very responsive and accomodating during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beach chairs and the extra murphy bed. The heated pool was perfect for the few cloudy days we got. Otherwise, it was very easy to get to the beach from the condo whenever we wanted too. We recommend!

Condo is wonderful and the bed to die for! Haven’t slept that well in a long time. Owner is fantastic everything was wonderful. We had a little blip with the cable tv in the bedroom, but Nadia was great at helping us get it fixed. No complaints. Thank you for an amazing stay and hopefully another one next year. :)

Clearwater Stay

The property was great. The pool was within a 1 minute walk that my nephew enjoyed a lot. The gym was great as well. Everything was within distance. The home itself was great everything was clean and organized. If anything was needed we got a quick response from the property owner. Will definitely go back again.

What a gem

We had a wonderful stay in Nadia's condo. It had all we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in, everything was clean. The washer and dryer in unit was very helpful. Kitchen had all the basics we needed. The pool is mere steps away from the condo and very convenient. Pool was also very nice, water temperature was excellent and comfortable at all times. Property is located in a convenient area, away from the hustle and bustle but only about 7-10 min drive to beautiful Clearwater Beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby and Publix grocery store just across the street from the apartment complex. Thank you Nadia, we hope to be back again soon!

Exceeded my expectations

Stayed between April 28 to May 5 with my family and loved the place. One bedroom condo was very clean and had all the amenities a guest could ask for. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are very practical and appreciated. Very comfortable master bed and equally comfortable Murphy style bed that is easy and quick to assemble. My 10 year old son loved it. Land line for phone calls also very handy. Great kitchen and bathroom. Enclosed veranda with open air space (lanai) is a great place to relax. The owner was terrific, always available to answer questions or concerns. Grounds with pool, gym and walking paths are terrific. Highly recommend.

Retirement celebration vacation

The condo is very nice. Our daughter stayed with us (on the sleeper sofa). Nice, warm pool only steps away. Close to all necessities! Great to have washer and dryer in unit. Made use of beach chairs and beach towels provided, too. Also, nice to have linens provided, too!

A home away from home

We had a great time in Nadia's apartament. A very cozy and practical condo. Location is very convenient, across the street from the grocery stores and take-out restaurants. The pool is heated and never crowded and is also very close to the apartament. The owner, Nadia is always available for any questions you might have. We hope to return soon! Thank you!
