About this property

Holiday home located high on a sloping plot by Tårup Strand with a view of the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge. The cottage contains a living room with open kitchen and dining area. The sleeping accommodation is divided into two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with two single beds. In addition, there is an annex with two single beds. The area is a sought after fishing area and the beach is child friendly. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Katastrophaler Kundenservice – Nie wieder DanCenter

DanCenter verwaltet einige Ferienhäuser in schöner Lage. Wenn aber etwas schiefläuft, versagt der Kundenservice total. Bei Ankunft am Sonnabendnachmittag funktionierte der PIN-Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht. Über die Kundenhotline wurden uns drei weitere neue PIN-Codes gegeben, die ebenfalls nicht funktionierten, sondern teilweise sirenenartigen Alarm auslösten. Am Ende des 2.Telefonats wurde uns vom Servicemitarbeiter eine Hotelübernachtung angeboten, deren Kosten DanCenter umgehend erstatten würde. Außerdem würde DanCenter am Sonntag einen Techniker schicken. Der kam nicht am Sonntag, sondern am Montagnachmittag – 48 Stunden nach Mietbeginn und Kontaktaufnahme mit der Hotline. Wir haben mit vier verschiedenen Mitarbeitenden in der Hotline telefoniert – jedes Mal mit unterschiedlichen Aussagen (Gesprächsdauer inkl. Warteschleife: 1 Std. 48 Min. 37 Sek.). Wir standen kurz vor Urlaubsabbruch, sind am Sonntagnachmittag aber noch mal zum Ferienhaus zurückgekehrt. Und siehe: Die Schlüsselbox hatte sich nach dem PIN-Code-Wirrwarr „beruhigt“, ließ sich mit dem letzten Code öffnen und wir hatten mit einem Tag Verspätung Zugang zum Ferienhaus. Ganz offensichtlich kann – oder will – DanCenter am Wochenende keinen Vor-Ort-Service für Notfälle anbieten. Wir haben Ablauf und Mängel genau dokumentiert und DanCenter mehrfach aufgefordert, die zugesicherten Hotelkosten (143 €) und die Mietminderung für einen Tag (129 €) zu erstatten. Bislang ohne Erfolg.Unfassbar. Unprofesionell. Unseriös
