Welcome to Casa Pedro

Beautiful detached villa with spacious terrace and private pool, mountain and sea views in Monte Pedreguer on the Costa Blanca in Spain.

Thank you for your interest in our home!
At the beginning of 2019 we bought Casa Pedro. For a few years we had the desire to buy our own villa in Spain.
Casa Pedro immediately had our preference. It is a spacious villa, beautiful private pool and in a top location. We immediately had a real click with this house.
Several times a year we like to be in the villa ourselves to enjoy the peace and the environment. We like to go to one of the adjacent places for a terrace, beach or restaurants. But just as sweet we sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view.

- Pets only in consultation with the owner.

Simply fantastic
My husband and I stayed at Casa Pedro last year and immediately decided to book a return visit back for 2023. We are enchanted by the views, the pool and the location. There is so much to experience within 20 to 30 kilometers of the house and charming restaurants and shops just minutes away in Gata de Gorges. The night sky provides a beautiful view of the lights below and the only sounds are of the night breezes. Jeffrey and Ana are very accommodating and willing to help out in any way. My husband and I are now looking to return in 2024. 2025, 2026....

Just Fabulous!
I didn't want to leave this beautiful property. The location, for our needs, was perfect! Amazing sea views, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, and an outstanding swimming pool with covered terrace. The property is close to the charming town of Gata de Gorges, and just a short drive to Denia, Javea and Calpe. We found a beautiful beach and went there every morning and left the afternoons for exploring. We found quaint restaurants, took a sunset catamaran cruise on the Mediterranean and strolled the charming streets of the towns. Don't miss the two caves, Skull Cave and Candleabra Cave. Ana was extremely helpful if we had any questions and was pleasant to work with. We had many places to choose from and are so happy that we found this house. Thank you, Jeffrey, for your recommendations of things to do and see and for opening up this house to us!

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub!
Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war so wie wir uns den vorgestellt haben. Der Ausblick war der Hammer! Jeden Morgen sah der Sonnenaufgang anders aus! ☀️ Das Haus ist gemütlich, aber mit 4 Personen könnte es etwas eng werden. Da wir aber unterwegs oder am Pool waren, war das kein Problem! Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen!! Der Vermieter ist so toll! Es wurden uns vorher tolle Vorschläge (auf Nachfrage) gemacht für Unternehmungen, die wir zum Teil auch umgesetzt haben. Es waren wirklich gelungene 3 Wochen Urlaub! 👌

El Chalet que no es lo que parecía
El lugar era espectacular e idilico y el chalet precioso con unas vistas increibles pero...... todo el mobiliario estaba para actualizar y para higienizar así como las toallas y sábanas. Los ARMARIOS de las habitaciones olían mal y habían enseres de los propietarios como calzado y toallas muy viejas, en la COCINA había muchos alimentos empaquetados y otros como aceite y vinagre allí ya empezados y gastados por otros, los armarios de la cocina estaban tan llenos que no nos cabía la compra. En el BAÑO, la tapa de la mochila del inodoro tenia una costra negra que no se limpiaba en años y en el mueble también habían enseres personales como quita esmaltes de uñas, tiritas, o cremas. Los sofás también estaban sucios y la casa olía mal en general. Lo que cobran por alojarse allí y lo que ofrecen no está en la misma línea. Señores/as propietarios piensen y actúen

Ana nous a accueillis avec toute la chaleur de l'Espagne ! La maison sur les hauteurs avec vue imprenable est un régal. Il ne manque rien ! La piscine toujours bien entretenue. Nous remercions Jeffrey de nous avoir permis de profiter d'une aussi belle villa. Séjour parfait. 👍👍👍👍

Geweldige plaats en een prachtige villa!
Eigenlijk verraden de foto's al een beetje het spectaculaire uitzicht vanaf het terras en mooie verlichte zwembad. Hele mooie rustige plek en toch niet ver weg van winkels en steden. communicatie ging zeer goed en makkelijk. Enige minpuntje was echter dat er geen vaatwasser aanwezig was in de keuken.

Merci au propriétaire Jeffrey ainsi qu’à anna pour leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa au calme. La vue est exceptionnelle, la piscine bien entretenue par un monsieur qui vient 2 fois par semaine. (Merci à lui aussi car discret et sympathique) nous espérons revenir chez vous le Plus tôt possible ! Bonne continuation !
