THE HOUSE!! Tucked on a hillside in the stunning Stilwater Community, this spacious home offers a prime location, great options for outdoor living, and beautiful decor throughout. The main level offers a fully-equipped kitchen, seating at the dining table for ten, four stools at the spacious island for added seating, cozy couches next to a wood-burning fireplace, a High Definition TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a multi-zone stereo system - perfect for playing your favorite music throughout the house and the deck.

The deck offers a gas grill and seating options to dine al fresco, as well as the view of the spacious lawn, and a beautiful panorama of the lake just down the hill.

The main level primary suite affords you privacy when you need a little quiet time. Outfitted with a king bed, jetted tub, separate stand-up shower and dual sinks, you will be instantly relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.

Head to the upper levels where you will find two more spacious bedroom suites. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a daybed with a trundle, as well as a large HD TV with satellite & Blu-Ray/DVD player. This room includes a 3-piece bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom, overlooking the great room, offers a king bed, sky lights, a large HD TV with satellite & DVD player, and an incredible primary bath that includes an oversized jetted tub, standup shower and dual sinks. Both bedrooms are furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

Everything you need to keep your crew entertained indoors can be found in the lower level family room. A large HD TV with satellite and Blu-Ray/DVD player, Surround Sound, wet bar, NEW pool table, and NEW 9' shuffleboard table make this the perfect fun zone. The stone gas fireplace adds a warm ambiance that will keep you feeling cozy. Just off the family room are two bedrooms: a queen bedroom with HD TV & DVD player, and a bedroom with twin-sized bunk beds with a trundle bed and a HD TV & DVD player.

More fun and outdoor enjoyment waits just outside on the lower level! Complete with a NEW outdoor ping-pong table, fire pit and hot tub this house has all of the amenities you are looking for!

THE LAKE!! The lake access is private to this community with 1800 feet of natural shoreline, shaded picnic tables, sandy beach entrance, large sandpit for kids, and a swim platform for all. This is the perfect spot to swim, fish, relax, picnic, and enjoy the view.

THE COMMUNITY!! The neighborhood is a great spot for long walks, bike riding or a quick run.

The best of Deep Creek can be found within a five to ten-minute drive. Restaurants, shops, marinas, golfing, and more are all close by. You will love the proximity to Deep Creek Lake State Park where miles of hiking trails, a sandy beach and The Discovery Center await you, as do the mountain bike trails for bike enthusiasts. Family vacation

We wanted to to go away with our kids and their children. We rented this house because it was big enough for 15 people and a dog. The home was great. Not to fussy since we have 6 grandsons ranging from 8yrs to 8 months. Perfect vacation.

Good weekend stay!

Property is beautiful. Great location. Good amenities in the house. Entertainment technology could use a little tlc(no batteries in remotes, remotes with no roku etc). The dishwasher didn’t seem to be working properly. All in all, would stay again.

Spacious, comfortable house

We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back. The house was big enough for all of us. The hot tub was clean and worked well. Lots of room in the kitchen and plenty of dishes. We would update the dishwasher as it didn’t clean very well (even with a pre-rinse before putting dishes in) and the silverware container is broken. We cooked all of our meals at the house so we ran it quite a few times. The house was beautiful and we made lots of memories. Thank you!

Great house, awesome location!

We had two families stay together at this house. The house had everything we needed! It was clean and had a great floor plan. We loved the shuffle board and pool table. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a serene short walk to the lake. We loved taking our dog on multiple daily walks down to the lake. And we loved how quiet the neighborhood was, no busy road traffic so could have brought the bikes for the kids. The o lot issue was the internet service was really poor. Some of the adults planned to catch up on some work while there but it was impossible with the poor internet. If you are looking to fully unplug, this is the place. If yo my need good access to WiFi, this will not be the right house for you. Overall though, we had an excellent vacation at this house!

Great, spacious house!

We were very impressed with the house. It was bigger than the pictures showed! The house was in a great location (not as secluded as the pictures showed but didn’t have to worry about neighbors). The house was clean and fully stocked. Very pleased and would certainly recommend!

Nice layout to home, property management was bad

After we booked the house, we received a call from Taylor Made that despite the VRBO description that the house comes with indoor pool passes, it does not in fact have the passes. We were planning on using them since we had two babies so it was disappointing but not a deal breaker. Then VRBO charged a $132 fee in addition to the reservation that was not disclosed anywhere. We asked Taylor Made about it and the girl answering the phone was rude and said she couldn't help me since they did not charge the fee. VRBO sent me "proof" of the charge but sent me the reservation price that did not have that extra fee with it so didn't wasn't helpful. They have not been able to provide proof this fee was disclosed anywhere. The house had a nice layout for three families but the heat in the upstairs bedroom did not work the night we arrived (it was extremely cold and the t-stat was set to 60 so we think the unit just couldn't get the room warm with how cold it was outside and the room behind above the garage even though the garage doors were closed). We had a baby so paid for a bedroom we could not use the first night. A Taylor Made tech came out the next day after several calls and of course, the weather outside was high 50s and he reported it was working. He was condescending and ask if I knew how to work a t-stat. We have a picture of the t-stat showing the room temp was in the 50's that we sent to Taylor Made. I think Taylor Made just has a huge market share in the area so doesn't need to care about customer service.

Very clean

The weather was cold and rainy but the house was very pleasant. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. The property was within 5 miles of WISP and fairly close to amenities in Deep Creek area.

The house is not as close to the lake as we thought it would be but we enjoyed the walk. Neighborhood was quiet and very well maintained. We never did find the community pool but was not a big deal.

Great Deep Creek Experience

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in Deep Creek very much! We had all our grown children and spouses and girlfriends along with our parents and had a great time together. We loved the property and the location. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home, the area rugs on steps and kitchen appeared to not have been cleaned, hardwood floors appeared unswept, counters and stove were wiped but cloudy and smeared, clumps of hair in master bedroom shower walls. I contacted rental company but they were closed on the day we arrived and received no response. Day two of our stay I was able to speak with a representative and explained the condition of the house, again no response. Also the living room ceiling fan did not work, a representative came out to fix it but wasn’t able to reach the fan with a ladder that wasn’t tall enough, he said he would return and never did. Once we cleaned and vacuumed the house ourselves and removed the dangerous pieces of carpets on the steps that slipped and were unsafe during out stay, we were able to enjoy Deep Creek and all that it offers. We hope to return next year but not so sure we would use the same rental company.

Perfect family vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six adults and four children had the absolute best time! Three master suites allowed for plenty of privacy. The downstairs recreation area was awesome... we were able to have some in the hot tub, while others played ping pong (a family favorite) and others made Smores at the fire pit but we were all still right together. We will definitelt plan to try to stay here again. Maintenance came once and housekeeping once both very timely and very courteous.

A great home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family very much enjoyed staying in this home. It was large enough for our growing family (kids and grandkids of all ages). There seemed to be everything we needed to make us feel at home. The only criticism, and a very minor one, is that it took a long time for the hot water to come out of the kitchen faucet. Other than that, we could not have asked for more! The kitchen was completely set up (we didn't need to bring a thing)! The lake access is a quick drive and short walk. The swimming platform was great! The beach really wasn't a beach but rather a large sandbox for the smaller kids. I would recommend this home and hope we stay there again in the future.

Our Annual Ski Trip

Reviewer Comments: We always go skiing with a large group and this house had more than enough room to accommodate all of us comfortably with a very welcoming feel! There was plenty to do at the house when we were not skiing which was another benefit and made it a great time! I loved that they provided linens and bath towels for the stay. If you’ve ever had to bring sheets and towels for all the beds and people you know what a huge plus this is! Great house, great vacation!

NYE friends trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 10 and a dog spent the NYE weekend here and really enjoyed it. The view from the house's great room is breathtaking, especially since we had snow while we were there! All of the rooms are very spacious and the house sits on a nice lot of land. The only issue we had was that the oven did not work (stovetop did work), but we called the Taylor Made office and they sent someone over to take a look at it. He was very nice and was able to solve the problem on the same day! We also couldn't find the coffee pot to the coffee machine, but there was also a Keurig machine so that wasn't really a problem. We enjoyed both fireplaces (gas and wooden), the pool table, shuffle board, and the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home!

Mount LakeMore (Thanksgiving 2017)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was almost perfect. The layout of the house was great with a great open area on the main floor and a big table. We have 3 suggestions, (1) consider changing the TV in the living to something larger, (2) consider changing the audio to allow for an apple or some other input to play music in the house (we couldn't get it to work), (3) *Most Important* increase the interent speed or provide more bandwidth for guests. The internet in the house was running 1.8mbps per second.

Home, only bigger

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was a breeze because the website is very intuitive anf user friendly. I called to the office to get info on activites as the calender for surrounding activites was very limited and I couldnt determine whether activities were age appropriate for people in my party. The young lady could use a class in customer service. She was short and I felt like I was bothering her. We added the honeymoon pack and kid adventure pack. We got the honeymoon but not the kids pack. I didnt notify them. The home was chosen because we needed community pool access. There was a glitch with that as well. THAT young lady was rude! When checking, she told me I would have to pay. I told her "I chose the house because of it", her response "You didnt even know you had it". So, that left a very bad impression. The housekeeper showed up 8am on the checkout day. Checkout was at noon. I loved the accomodations for this family event. It will not work for a couples group Im bringing in February. Thanks for the very functional website and for this follow up

Wonderful Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my wedding reception. My husband and I, along with 12 family members, rented this cabin for the weekend. Our time there was absolutely great. The kitchen, dining room, and living space are all open to make for a great gathering place. There were 3 master bedrooms all tucked away to give privacy. Not the mention the pool table, hot tub, and deck which gave people plenty of spaces to hang out. The hot water took a long time to heat up. That is my only complaint. I loved my weekend at LakeMore. My whole family did. We didnt want to leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ** Its a fairly long walk to the water. Don't get this house if you're visiting for the lake.

A Great Place to Unwind At the End of Each Fun-Filled Day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 had a GREAT week at Mount LakeMore! It is a beautiful home and worked well for our group, which is made up of 2 grandparents; a family of 6 with 3 college-age kids and a 10-year-old; and a family of 4 with a college kid and a high school senior, and a Havanese dog. The home is clean, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked. The pool table and the hot tub in particular got a ton of use. Only negatives were: WiFi was not strong enough for all of our devices, and the water pressure was sometimes nonexistent! (Literally, had to wait 7 minutes for water to even come out of the shower once.) Our week was mostly spent in the outdoors -- kayaking, jet skiing, tubing on rented pontoon boat, hiking at Swallow Falls, and fishing. This house was a GREAT place to unwind at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this house to others. If you plan to do a lot of boating of any kind, though -- the location is kind of tough for that. We luckily had a friend staying down on Stilwater Drive, where we could have kayaks delivered and where we could temporarily dock waverunners. There is a temporary dock we could have used for short time periods with our pontoon rental, but all of those slots were taken by boats who were obviously not paying attention to the rules and stayed there for over 48 hours... We ran into issues with the CARC recreation center when our kids tried to go there to use the fitness center, which was supposed to be included with our rental. The Taylor-Made employees told us we didn't need a pass, we just needed to tell the front desk we were staying in Mount LakeMore. The front desk staff at CARC apparently did not get the memo that Mt LakeMore was a property that was allowed to use the facility. (They did eventually let us use it, however.) All in all, our stay at Deep Creek, and specifically at Mount LakeMore, was a great experience.
