The airy and spacious apartment is located in the center, a stone's throw from the sea.
The house is equipped with a comfortable lounge, a table to enjoy your meals, a comfortable kitchen and a fantastic veranda overlooking the garden which, via a private road, will lead you directly to the beach. Three bedrooms that allow you to accommodate a large family or group of friends and a comfortable bathroom with washing machine.
The outdoor area gives an added value to the house which identifies an oasis of peace inside the accommodation which from the garden connects directly to the beach via a private road for the exclusive use of the apartment.
The central house will allow you to enjoy your holidays without using the car, which will only serve you to explore our wonderful island.
