Thanks to its location on a hill, the views provided by this villa’s terrace are far from ordinary: the white town of Torrox lies at your feet, facing the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. As the salty breeze gets to the villa, you will wonder why you didn’t choose this accommodation before. Besides the views, the terrace is also provided with a private pool and sun loungers, where sunbathing will be but a pleasurable spare-time activity. The porch welcomes a dining area, located next to a barbeque; that’s all you’ll need in order to enjoy the most delicious specialities.

The villa features two bedrooms with AC, for which a family of four can comfortably spend their holidays here. One of the bedrooms is provided with a double bed, while the other has two single beds, alongside a useful wardrobe and a desk. You will also have a bathroom with shower at your disposal. Moving to the living area, you will be welcomed by a snug atmosphere, which is ideal to let you make the most of your holidays. The dining-living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 200-mt-long unpaved lane.

Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wenn Sie Fragen haben, wird Ihnen Véronica sehr schnell antworten! Sie und Miguel werden dafür sorgen, dass Sie einen tollen Urlaub haben! Der Weg zum Haus ist in gutem Zustand, ca. 50 m ist schlecht. Für die kühlen Abende gibt es einen kleinen Heizkörper, der den Raum angenehm warm hält. Zusätzlich zum Heizkörper können Sie 1 weiteres Elektrogerät nutzen. Wenn Sie mehr verwenden, platzen die Zündkerzen. Miguel kommt einmal in der Woche ins Schwimmbad und das Schöne ist, dass man am Vortag eine Nachricht von Véronica darüber erhält. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Autobahn ist ziemlich nah, aber Sie haben kaum oder gar keine Probleme damit. Gelegentlich (zum Glück nicht immer) von vielen bellenden Hunden „belästigt“ (manchmal schon um 6 Uhr morgens) Handtücher/Badetücher sind ausreichend vorhanden Auf der Terrasse scheint den ganzen Tag Sonne, wir hatten mehrere Tage mit (starkem) Wind und es war schwierig, einen windgeschützten Platz zu finden. Zusammenfassend: ein schönes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Nette vakantiewoning met adembenemend uitzicht

Mooi woning met nodige comfort Jammer dat er online niet aangeduid staat wat er allemaal aanwezig is want er is bvb geen koffiezetapparaat. Zwembad is super met buitendouche. Leuke buitenkeuken maar de roosters vd bbq zijn bijzonder vuil. Wij hebben het rooster vd oven gebruikt. Toegangsweg tot de woning is een avontuur maar zeker doenbaar. De communicatie met het locale kantoor verloopt heel goed. Miguel heeft ons een heel vriendelijke ontvangst geboden maar hij spreekt wel enkel Spaans. Kortom hebben we een superleuke vakantie beleefd.

Great stay! Lovely property! Will stay again

We had a wonderful stay at the property, It was clean and tidy. There was everything you'd need available. We were met by the owner of the property, who was really lovely and showed us around. We would 100% be back - the views are amazing and the little pool is great for cooling off. To note, you do need a hire care to stay here as it is a bit further out and up a hill - preferably hire something bigger that handles pot holes. The only suggestion to improve the property would be availability of simple toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash and toilet roll.

Das Haus war spitze, sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage einfach super. Ein unbeschreiblich toller Ausblick über die Stadt ,das Meer und die Plantagen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und nicht aufdringlich. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von einem Monat hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr komplett, perfekt sauber, die Aussicht ist fantastisch und die Besitzer Miquel en Mari..... sind ideale Gastgeber. Wenn Sie nach einer ruhigen Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool und einer großen privaten Terrasse suchen, die immer noch innerhalb von 5 Minuten von Supermärkten, Restaurants und dem Meer entfernt ist. Suchen Sie nicht weiter.

Da wir den Veranstalter/das Portal nicht kannten, war eine gewisse Skepsis minimal im Hinterkopf. Aber es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Es war einer der schönsten Urlaube. Und selbst als wir den Schlüssel drinnen haben liegen lassen, dauerte es nur ein paar Minuten und der Vermieter kam und hat uns geöffnet. Sehr saubere Unterkunft - alles wie auf den Bildern.
