This lovely holiday home sits in the town of Alcaucin, between the cities of Malaga and Granada, at the gates of the Natural Park of Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama. The villa indoor space, as well as the fenced outdoor area, is provided with all the comforts to ensure you and your family will spend a relaxing holiday.
The villa features three spacious bedrooms with radiators, fans and one double bed each. One of them also has one single bed. There are two bathrooms with radiators at the guests’ disposal: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The accommodation welcomes a cosy dining-living room with a fireplace that gives access to the fully-equipped independent kitchen. This living area is provided with warm/cool air-con, which guarantees a lovely ambience throughout the year.
The front yard of the villa welcomes a nice pergola with an outdoor dining area, near a brick BBQ. In the backyard, you will find the private pool, which is accessible thanks to a few steps. Last but not least, the sun loungers provided offer the perfect spot to sunbathe and make the most of the fantastic weather of Andalucia.
