Interior Description
The Bellosguardo 3 apartment is a charming three-room apartment located on the ground floor and has a covered veranda of about 10sqm, a 40sqm garden with green lawn and sea view: here you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze all day long, as the sea is just under 80 meters away. The covered veranda hosts a lounge area with sofa and armchairs. The well-finished and curated accommodation offers comfortable spaces for four guests: the living room is equipped with a dining table and relaxation area with TV and sofa, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, and stove. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom with wardrobe and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. A reserved parking space is available for guests.

The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and the beach of Pittulongu are well-equipped with bathing and dining services. Within a two-minute drive or walking distance, you will find neighborhood services such as bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. The area hosts numerous beach kiosks where you can relax in the evening, sipping a glass of wine or a good cocktail, enjoying typical appetizers. Among the best dining spots are Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, Mamabeach in Pittulongu, Ristorante Lo Squalo, Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with local cuisine. The enchanting nearby beaches within walking distance include Lo Squalo, Pittulongu, Il Pellicano, Mare e Rocce. In about a 10-minute drive, you can reach the beaches around Golfo Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas, and Cala Moresca, a natural park that hosts a resident group of over 100 dolphins. The nearby and easily accessible beaches include Ira Beach, Spiaggia dei Sassi, and Marinella. Booking Details
The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals.

If specified, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid at the end of your stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Tourist Tax – Payable only cash upon arrival.

Arrival Details
After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival.

Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags. At the end of your stay, kindly dispose of any remaining waste properly.

Check-in Hours
Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (therefore not at 16:00 sharp), depending on accommodation availability, cleaning schedules, and pre-booked check-in appointments.
Late arrivals (upon request):
* 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM → €40 surcharge
* 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM → €60 surcharge
* After 1:00 AM → Subject to prior agreement
