The Villa is in a quiet and silent area and you can see amazing sea and mountains.
Large windows and balcony doors, a high ceiling in the living room provide spaciousness and plenty of sun.
In front of terrace is covered with pergolas providing shade.
The pool is shared with only two villas.
Markets, restaurants, sandy beaches and shops are in 5-7 minutes away by car from the villa. Car necessary for your comfortable stay.
The house has two bedrooms and open plan kitchen with living room. It has front and back balconies with private garden. Also there is a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower in the top floor and half bathroom with toilet and sink in the ground floor.
The free Wifi is reliable, and extends its reach onto the terraces surrounding the house.
There is a free private car park on the street.
The villa is fully air conditioned, with units in each of the bedrooms upstairs and one larger inverter units downstairs. Each unit provides cool or warm air, as required. Also there are two mobile fans.
You will immediately feel at home at this 2 bedroom villa. One of the 2 bedrooms has a double bed (bed size 140x200 cm), the other has 2 single bed (bed size 80x200 cm), and a sofa bed in the living room.
Linens are provided, and each guest has bath, face, beach towels.
All the windows and glass doors are fitted with aluminum-framed sliding screens, mosquito net, and room-darkening shades for your comfort.
In the big kitchen, there are the two-compartment freezer / refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils.
In the room under the stairs a iron, and a hair dryer. The washing machine is free and it is in the guest toilet.
***Swimming Pool
On the south side is an overflow swimming pool, which measures 10m x 5m and has a graduated depth of 70 cm to 150 cm, for swimmers and non-swimmers.
OVERVİEW
Property is a brilliant location for the whole family, located in a rural setting surrounded by beautiful nature and away from any hustle & bustle but close enough to helpful amenities and attractions situated.
Also it is located on a sloping land, the view is unobstructed, there are not many houses around. There is a dead end. So no trafic noise.
It is observed that many people walk in the early hours of the morning and before sunset in the evening, as there are no vehicles on the roads around the villa that are open to traffic.
AIRPORTS: The Villa is 25 minutes' drive from Ercan airport and 60 minutes' drive from Larnaca airport.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
*The house is in North Cyprus (Turkey side). Turkey, European or South Cyprus phone sim card and internet does not work in North Cyprus. You can get a North Cyprus sim card at the Ercan Airport or when you pass the border from South Cyprus (Greek side) to North Cyprus (Turkey side).
*Paid transfer is available for the airport, please write for information.
*Do not allowed smoking in side the house, allowed smoking in houses' garden and pools' area.

4)Free water in fountains is free. However, water in Cyprus fountains is not drinkable. Drinking water is purchased from the market by the guest.
5)ELECTRICITY: Unfortunately, the price of electricity in Northern Cyprus is very high. For this reason, we, like other hosts in Northern Cyprus, had to impose limits on electricity consumption.
*30 KWH free for one week accommodation.
*60 KWH free for two week accommodation.
*90 KWH free for three week accommodation.
*120 KWH free for four week accommodation.
OVER CONSUMPTION IS PAID BY THE GUEST (1 KWS = 0.25 £). Payments are sent weekly to the host through Airbnb.
*Small description so you can guess your average consumption: When the air conditioner is not working, daily consumption at home is between 3-4 kWh. For this reason, we included 30 kWh usage in the price for a week's stay. An air conditioner consumes 1-2 kWh of electricity per hour. According to our experience, it can be said that an average of 150 kWh is consumed per week in the winter and summer months when air conditioning is needed.
* For transparency: Electricity meters are checked on the day of guests' arrival and departure. Guests can check their consumption by checking the meter during their stay.
6)VISITOR: If the guests want to invite visitor to the villa or to the pool, they will have to first ask for permission from the host. Then, the guests will have to pay extra fee for these visitors (the exact amount determined by the host) to the host through Airbnb.
FOR SPRING RESERVATION (APRIL-OCTOBER):
7)SWIMMING POOL: Listening to music and singing is not allowed in the pool area.
8)According to the agreement made with the other two villas using the pool, rental will be made only to families and couples (not to bachelor groups).
