Great location

Nice place. Very good location close to main attractions. The house is very old and musty, especially downstairs. No airflow. Nicely decorated and good amenities upstairs. Great property manager.

Séjour en famille

La maison est très bien placée. A côté de la plage de St Feliu et à 5/10 minutes à pied du centre ville, boutiques, restaurants, pharmacie... Nous avions été prévenus par Montserrat que la fête foraine était juste à côté donc nous n'avons pas été surpris par le bruit. Nous avons l'habitude et cela ne nous a pas trop gêné, mais des personnes au sommeil léger n'auraient pas pu dormir. La cuisine est très basique, mais nous avons surtout profité des restaurants à tapas. Accès et départ de la location en autonomie très appréciable. Les escaliers n'ont pas posé de problème à notre fille de 5 ans. La literie était de bonne qualité.

Perfekte Lage des Hauses

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Ich war mit meiner Freundin und meinen beiden Söhnen dort (4 und 9 Jahre). Das Haus liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Auf der Strandpromenade gab es eine Kleinkinderkirmes, die beide Kinder sehr genossen. Drei Strandbars erfüllen Eiswünsche am sauberen Strand. Das Essen in den Restaurants war erschwinglich und lecker. Man erreicht das Haus über Treppen. Selbst mit dem Buggy kein Problem. Sonntags gibt es auf der Promenade einen Markt, auf dem man günstig Sachen shoppen kann. Wir haben in unseren 10 Tagen längst nicht alle gesehen, was der Ort zu bieten hat. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort, kein Touriverschlag. Mit Kindern optimal. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und erinnert an ein Fischermuseum. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern auf Deutsch, englisch und spanisch möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Bon emplacement mais bruyant début août

Location très bien située en centre ville et proche de la plage, intérieur spacieux, terrasse agréable quand utilisable. En effet, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir à notre arrivée que la fête de la ville, certes mentionnée dans l'annonce est aussi une fête foraine très bruyante implantée au pied et à l’arrière de la maison, donc beaucoup de bruit durant 9 jours, terrasse inutilisable.

Schöne Gegend, aber laut

Das Objekt ist fast direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Das läd zum morgentlichen Schwimmen nahezu ein und sollte man auch machen. Der Strand und die Bucht sind trotz Yachthafen toll. Aber es ist laut. Schon sehr früh morgens fahren dort Lkw und Harleys am Objekt vorbei. Das ist sehr schade weil man im Zimmer zur Straße nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen kann. Ganz besonders zu empfehlen sind die beiden Buchten im Norden. Sollte man sich zu Fuß erschließen.

Un petit paradis...

Nous sommes venus 2 saisons dans cette jolie petite maison de bord de mer tout à fait authentique. Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du port, de la plage, de la ville et de ses restaurants. Nous avons passés d'excellents moments...

un pur moment de détente et de vacances

La location est très bien située, rien ne manque , tout est typique et de bon gout. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours attentifs. la ville de San féliu est superbe, toujours animée , vous pouvez déguster des tapas et vous restaurer dans les nombreux bars et restaurants. La plage est superbe et pas surchargée et les criques alentours sont magnifiques. Nous avons passé des vacances familiales superbes ou tous le monde a trouvé sont compte, petit comme grand.

location très bien située avec vue sur la baie et a proximitée des calanques

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de pêcheur a l'intérieur décoré de façon authentique et avec gout. La plage et le bord de mer sont a 100M et nous n'avons que très peu pris la voiture. Les propriétaires ont été charmants et très accueillant. bar a tapas et restaurant ce trouvent a proximité, de plus San feliu est une ville très animée et il y a un marché tous les jours. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
