Beautiful home on the Powderhorn golf course; gorgeous mountain views.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is situated on the Powderhorn golf course.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and third bedroom has a double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. There is a 4th bedroom that also has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. Above the garage is a bonus room with a queen size air mattress, in case more guests need additional sleeping spots.
Enjoy a movie in the bonus room on the big screen, or relax on one of the many comfortable sitting choices under the large back patio.
If you are a member of Troon Privé, you can enjoy the Powderhorn golf course, the clubhouse, fitness center, pool and hot tub just steps away.
We have a cat on-site that typically comes inside while we are home-- she is an inside and outside cat, and usually stays out the majority in the summer.
