Your group of up to 10 people will feel completely in harmony with the villa’s natural surroundings and stylish, minimal interiors.

This sumptuous residence is located on the Kantinelies hill, above the Isterni area of Paros, so you will be able to enjoy 180 degree sea views. It was built with luxury, comfort and simplicity in mind. The traditional exteriors hide a modern, minimal interior, decorated in cool white and grey tones. The residence is part of a three villa exclusive development. All three villas share a stunning infinity pool with amazing views.

Contemporary furniture is complemented by wooden and stone elements that give a touch of natural warmth will have you relaxed and ready to holiday as soon as you walk through the door.

Tastefully decorated, the villa’s five double bedrooms are all very spacious. They offer plenty of storage space and have king and queen sized double beds.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area has stunning views of the the Paros landscape and the Aegean Sea. There are comfy sofas and a second reception area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Outdoors, there is a very well-shaded, purpose-built dining patio that is ideal for outdoor meals and celebrations. If barbeque is your thing, you will love our purpose-built, poolside shaded (and shared) barbeque area. It has fantastic views over the island and the sea and stylish outdoor furniture.

You will have access to the shared infinity pool and the landscaped garden surrounding the villa. Guests have exclusive and unique access to the villa.

Villa Acqua offers total privacy, however we are always on call to assist or advise.

Villa Acqua is around 30’ away from the airport and just an 2' drive from the town of Naousa, with its traditional Cycladic cobbled streets, multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.

Paros has a large number of beaches you can reach easily from Villa Aqua, the closest one less than 5 minutes away.

The nearby village of Isterni is a listed traditional settlement.

All three VIP residences are available for rental by large groups.

Unless you prefer to use the villa’s helipad, you will need to access the residence by car. There is free parking.

Essentials such as towels and shampoo are provided.
There is also a flat-screen TV and a washing machine

Because of it location, Villa Acqua cannot get proper telephone line, so internet is provided via a 4G+ modem, which means is NOT unlimited. This is preloaded by us with 5Gb per stay, please refrain from using data heavy applications like video streaming and downloading! 5 Gb are more than enough for normal use like email and social media.
