Independent villa with sea view located inside a private condominium surrounded by nature. The nearest beach is about 400m away and can be reached on foot via a path. The house is composed as follows: bright dining-living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is surrounded on 3 sides by a large private garden and has, in the front, a covered veranda and a lovely side terrace with sea view. All the floors as well as the finishes of the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom are made of fine marble. A private parking space completes the property.
In the living area there is a sofa bed for one and a half.
The house is delivered with pots and pans, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. There is a washing machine and the linen service is provided only on request and is an extra.
Small / medium sized dogs are allowed (subject to specific authorization and payment of a security deposit) part of the garden is in fact fenced for this purpose.

Within a radius of 5 km, various points of interest such as: port, station, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, church, banks, medical guard, bars and clubs, shops of various kinds and the picturesque evening market of Palau are easily reachable.
Rental of rubber dinghies, boats, canoes, windsurfing and sup kitesurfing, bicycles.
From the port of Palau it is possible to take the ferry to the island of Maddalena and several boats that offer various tours of the wonderful Maddalena archipelago. There are also countless beaches and coves to be discovered with a little bit of adventure and love for nature.
