You'll enjoy the open floor plan and incredible views outside the wall-to-wall double sliding glass doors that bring in tons of natural light. It doesn't get much better than drinking a cup of coffee in the morning while looking out at the gorgeous mountain landscape of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range.
You'll have access to 5 world-class ski resorts right outside your door - 5 minutes from Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, and 30 minutes to Vail. There is also a free bus to Keystone right outside your door that leaves every 30 minutes! After a day of skiing, enjoy access to the hot tub and sauna and build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and grill on the patio before cozying up on the couch with a glass of wine!
If you're coming for Summer fun, there is no better location. You're overlooking the shores of Lake Dillon and less than 5 minutes from the Dillon Marina where you can rent sailboats, pontoon boats, fishing boats, paddle boards, and kayaks - or just enjoy a beer next to the lake at the famous Tiki Bar. We're Colorado natives who work hard not to take our backyard for granted! We love everything about the outdoors and this condo is what we call our "memory maker" - it's where we go as a family to share quality time doing the things we love. When we're not able to be there, we're excited to have others make memories there as well! Ashley +Jeff
Why they chose this property
We bought this condo because of the location, layout, and the views. Did we mention the views? :-) Jeff is an avid sailor, skier, and mountain biker, and Ashley loves running, hiking, and snowshoeing - the location of this condo is absolutely perfect for all of those activities. It's far enough away from the town of Dillon that you feel like you're really in the true outdoors, yet close enough to every kind of amenity you could ever want.
What makes this property unique
This condo is unique because of it's central location to everything, it's so comfortable - we knew from the moment we saw it that we wanted it to be our home away from home.
