2 Ashby Place is a wonderful, semi-detached property resting within the city of Chester, Cheshire. The holiday home boasts a twin and a double bedroom, sleeping a total of four guests. Within the dwelling you can also find a cloakroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. At the front is a lawn and patio, and to the rear is a courtyard with furniture and storage. There is also off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for a further one car. 2 Ashby Place is a delightful dwelling, perfect for a getaway as a couple or with friends to the North West of England.

Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Six ring gas range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for one car. Front garden with small lawn and rear courtyard with outdoor furniture and storage. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pubs, restaurants and more shops 0.2 miles. *Special note*: Due to the period nature of the house, some ceilings are low and floors uneven, which may render it unsuitable for guests with physical or visual impairments do take care - there are also narrow wooden internal stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. No special facilities for very young children such as cots, highchairs and stair gates are provided though parents are welcome to bring their own.
