About this property

This stylish 1 bed apartment boasts a great position in Tira Tiraa with pool, sea, and mountain views.

Consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan living/kitchen and generous balcony.

The specification has been upgraded from the standard apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen has oven, glass ceramic hob and fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar and 2 barstools.

The living room has a flat screen TV, a leather sofa, air conditioning, and double doors onto the balcony which has a ceiling fan.

The bathroom has hot water electric shower and granite worktops. There is also a concealed washing machine and a 2nd wardrobe all neatly hidden behind sliding doors.

The bedroom has a floor to ceiling window offering views to the swimming pool, sea and mountains beyond. There is a double mirrored wardrobe. The bedroom is also air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. A stunning feature tiled wall creates a boutique feel

The apartment floors are fully tiled ensuring a cool refreshing feel.

Tira Tiraa is located on soi 68 only a few minutes walk from the famous night market and all it has to offer and the beach is an easy walk through the town centre.

Prices for the apartment do not include water/electric charges (price per unit charged at the standard condo rate water 25 baht per unit, electric 9 baht per unit payable on departure) and also a final clean/laundry charge must be paid on departure (final clean and laundry currently charged at 1050 baht) these rates are subject to inflation changes. There is a REFUNDABLE 5000 baht damage deposit, or equivalent in your currency payable at check in which will be refunded at check out provided no loss or damage has occurred in the apartment. Wifi is available for free in the apartment

Great hosts

Marco and Pom are lovely people and became friends. The apartment is located in the most likely area where everything is within walking distance. We have stayed here before and will be coming back.

Stayed in another unit but condo complex great

Because of an unintended double booking, we were unable to stay in the unit advertised on VRBO. However, the owner kindly found us another unit of similar size at the same price. The substitute unit had everything we needed, and all of the appliances and air-conditioning worked correctly. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which is large and allows for a swimmer to get in plenty of strokes.

Tira Tiraa - good memories

For the second time we rented Markos Appartement for 2 weeks. And as before: everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable, located close to everything. We will be back for sure.

Elegant apartment, great hosts.

This place is expensively and tastefully decorated, making a very pleasant environment to spend some time. It's well furnished and equipped and everything works fine. However taste occasionally triumphs over practicality, as with the oddly shaped and heavy kettle and the massive, almost immovable table (the only one) out on the balcony. There are no dining chairs and nowhere that comfortable for two people to eat together, but the balcony chairs can just about be used for this, and are very comfortable to relax in. The balcony is always shady, so the apartment doesn’t get too hot. The owners live in the block and are approachable and helpful. Hua Hin is very strung out, a narrow strip of town hugging a dozen km of sea front, so, even though it’s a small place, nothing is that near anything else. This condo has an excellent central location, near the main Night Market, a huge morning market for all kinds of produce and with a big G-Market (supermarket) and a range of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s only 400m to the main songthaew (bus) stop – buses from here will take you all up and down the coast for 10B. There’s a narrow view of the distant sea and it’s over a km to the closest beach, but the bus will take you to lots of good beaches. The block feels secure with high walls, guards and key access to the apartment area. The atmosphere is very much elderly folk on sunbeds round the pool, which the apartment overlooks – if that’s your thing, it should suit you well.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to look at our condo in Hua Hin. We recently purchased this upgraded apartment. We live in Hua Hin and have had many happy times here and still continue to do so. We love Hua Hin as it has everything to offer without being too big.
Being foodies Hua Hin offers some of the best food we've ever eaten and we constantly find ourselves spoiled for choice, but like everybody we have our favourite, ours being I Rice restaurant which is just around the corner from the apartment. Pom the owner is a true delight and she extends an helping hand to all of her customers when they need any local information.
If you choose to stay with us we hope you have a wonderful time and enjoy the place as much as we do thanks again for looking.
