6/18 /23, Most of the building has been remolded since the hurricanes but the POOL is NOT open at this time. Construction is still working on pool. What it does offer is a beautiful sunrise from your PRIVATE balcony or beach access just footsteps away.
Clean oceanfront condo. Two queen beds, 1 queen/murphy ( orthopedic mattress), One queen pull-out sofa bed. 1 full split bathroom, vanity separate from tub/shower, and commode. Saves time while other takes shower. Full kitchen with all appliances (toaster, can opener, blender, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, mixer ) everything you need to fix your favorite meal. Dining table seats four. Forty-two inch SMART TV with three HBO channels. Free WiFi. This is a second-floor unit with steps or elevator access. My favorite is, waking up and catching a beautiful sunrise.
The resort features a remolded fitness center with a great ocean view and coin washers/dryers, all with elevator access.
So bring your bathing suit and enjoy one of the most beautiful spots on the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of shops, restaurants, miniature golf, and nightlife all within walking distance, or hop on the city bus to other attractions.

Really neat set up
I found it amazing how well this worked for us. Everything we needed was there including a great beach! At high tide, sitting on the deck was almost like having our chairs on the beach. This is the cleanest place that I have ever stayed. I am 80 years old, so that is saying a lot! I would stay here again if I came to Daytona for a quick trip. Also, the bed was comfortable.

Good rates, not the most comfortable.
The price was pretty good for the length of our stay. The property's pool was closed. The room was a little outdated, but most basic amenities were fine. The murphy bed was very uncomfortable and resulted in many chiropractor visits upon return. Overall, it was a good value for a room if you plan to spend most of your time out.

The accommodations were good. The space was clean and comfortable. The balcony is a plus! The area is ripe with stores and restaurants. Check in was not flawless. I never received a unit number nor entry code. Calls and texts to owner went unanswered for nearly 30 minutes. I had to contact VRBO customer support. They too couldn’t contact owner. I was on the phone awaiting another property when I finally got the info I needed from the owner. After this all went well. It’s just a bit unnerving arriving at a place at 5:30 PM on a weekend night and feeling stranded. VRBO customer service was spectacular. They put me at ease.

Basically no information that was useful was given. Both elevators near the lobby were broken when we arrived. After carrying all of our stuff (suit cases, food, etc). upstairs, we found out there was a 3rd elevator. From a tenant. No one was ever out front in the office area. I am 68 years old. Not disabled...but several.trips up and down stairs was not a good way to start my vacation. Also...the room had a total of 3 useable, available outlets. One near the bathroom sink, one in the kitchen that had something already plugged in, and one near the bed with one available plug in. In this day and age, phone/tablet batteries need to be charged, etc. If the coffee pot was plugged in, the "kitchen area" outlet was full. Left two total available in entire room...and one of those was pushed back in the wall so far that my phone charger wouldn't make electrical contact, so that left two people sharing one outlet for a week. Not acceptable.

Great oceanfront view and location. Lifeguard tower staffed year round.
Enjoy the sunrise, on your oceanfront balcony or just a few steps away you can be on the beach. Restaurants, shopping, fishing, activities, Starbucks, CVS and 7 Eleven all within walking distance. Coin operated washer and dryers on property. A grocery store is about 1 mile away. There is City bus service, taxi or Uber available. I also take great pride in my unit being clean and free of bugs.

Great clean condo with oceanfront view and beautiful sunrises.This is a quiet and safe resort. Not central party location. Daytona Beach Shores area. Main Daytona area attractions are approx. 2-3 miles.
