Pesima experiencia

No nos pudimos alojar y nos cobraron igual, con lo cual solicito a la brevedad nos realicen el reembolso de 118 U$S, el cual ya sw encuentra debitado en mi tarjeta de credito. No se puede tener disponible un departamento y luego del pago informarnos que no esta disponible. ruego solucionen este tipo de problemas porque genera un gran perjuicio a los turistas. Not what I expected

The owner was generous enough to be there when I arrived at 4am. I had several discomfort being there. Their were open beverages in the fridge, we didn’t have the proper blanket for the bed. They gave us 3 toddler size blankets which was super uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had used soap inside. Their was a use towel on top of the door. The window in the living room didn’t close so anybody could have entered our apartment. The tv in the second bedroom didn’t have cable so our family members couldn’t use it. The shower didn’t even have a shower head. The only reason why I stayed was because it was for 2 night and it was only to sleep other than that I did not enjoy my stay there.
