We are back and better than ever! Island tower has had a major renovation project over the last 9 months and is squeaky clean and like brand new. It is one of the newer buildings in Gulf Shores and one of the only low-density complexes, too. We have walls of windows overlooking the Gulf and the interior 02 units have two direct Gulf front bedrooms that open to an incredibly private, large and expansive balcony. Walk-able to the hangout, this property is the top pick among locals and regular beach travelers who like to be able to walk to various dining places and the Hangout. Island Tower boasts only 3 units per floor and very spacious units, for easy living. All of the units in Island Tower are 3BR/3BA with 1605 SQFT. We have 2 king beds in gulf front suites and two twins plus a sleeper sofa. Room in MBR2 for an air mattress, too. Max sleepers - 8 in our beds.

Gulf Front Beach Service is included in our rental. That is 2 gulf front beach chaise loungers (set up for you each day) + umbrella. This service is usually $50/day per pair. All of this included in our one time rate.

Why should you chose our condo? Perhaps our huge balcony and two Gulf front master bedrooms and our view on our curved balcony of both sunrises and sunsets each day? Or...Our beautiful tiled flooring, nine-foot ceilings or dream kitchen? A balcony that is almost 800sqft or great lounge furniture on it? Perhaps you like having privacy of only 3 units per floor?

We are close to it all but also far enough from the public beaches. Walk to Bahama Bobs for a nightcap or dinner. Walk to the Hang Out or simply run across the street for ice cream with the kids. There is much to do -- if you want it. If not, retreat (as we often do) to your private oasis in the sky. This part of the beach is less trafficked than East Beach. Simply put, our condo is in the best location in the nation!

Our condo has flat screen TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms and a large flatscreen in the living room with good seating area in the living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops with an eating bar and two bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and staples for those days when you would prefer to stay at home rather than explore and enjoy the countless fine restaurants in the area. The dining area has a large dining table that comfortably seats six. We also have filtered water!

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony entrance, TV/DVD/VCR player in LR, and private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV with an adjoining full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds. We also have a roll away bed. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit in a separate laundry room.

The large balcony is tiled (very nice high-end feature) and is equipped with 2 lounge chairs, and a table w/4 chairs + 4 additional chairs to spare. You will sit, relax and talk away (or read) and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and Gulf!

The ground-level of the complex has a beautiful outdoor pool infiniti pool with great seating area and high quality lounge chairs and tables. Level 3 has, simply put, the best indoor pool in Gulf Shores. This true infiniti pool boasts the best space and the best Gulf front views. It is great for the dead of winter days and also for rainy days. We love it and know you will, too.

The 4th level has what is also considered one of the best work out rooms on West Beach with great machines (2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 elliptical machines, weight machines) sauna, fully equipped bathrooms and changing areas. But the best part about it is the 'Show' in front of you! Work out to the calming views of the surf and shore....

Our condo is well-maintained and it is equipped with things you will not find in traditional rental condos. For one, we use it and stock it like a second home. You will find books, board games, cleaners, a full spice rack, wraps, and many items that will save you money throughout your whole vacation.
