In 2025, a construction of private houses is taking place at the back of the home on the opposite side of the courtyard. Therefore, during the day, it is possible to hear some noises.

Spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and internal air conditioning, second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, small wardrobe and internal air conditioning. Windowed bathroom with modern shower box and convenient hairdryer. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment overlooks the greenery of the vineyards and the Garda hills, offering a enchanting view. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
