Attractive house with swimming pool, only 2 km from the beach and Portugal.
Beautiful house, very new, with closed private garden (about 140m2) suitable for groups / families of up to 5-6 people and very close to the beaches (more than 12 beaches within a radius of 10-15 km from the house). With very well equipped kitchenette (vitro, microwave, dishwasher, etc), large living room of about 30m2, 2 bathrooms (both have shower with screen) and 2 bedrooms: one double (with TV and huge built-in wardrobe) and another of 3 beds of 90cm, (one of them in bunk, and also with TV and very large built-in wardrobe).
It is decorated to the smallest detail, on a whim for your enjoyment. Maximum comfort Parking for a car on the plot itself.
Garden with terrace and barbecue, outdoor table and chairs with parasol.
A lot of tranquility and privacy.
When renting this property you will have the right of access and use of a large pool that we have in another plot, located 400 m away. It is a private pool (not municipal, or community), but shared use with 3 other families for vacation rental.
