Great, first floor master suite with king bed plus jacuzzi. Nicely appointed modern kitchen with breakfast bar and quartz countertops. Large living/ family room with skylights, cathedral ceiling and sleep sofa. Three bedrooms upstairs, one king, one queen and one with twin beds. New second family room with large mahogany deck around the back, PLUS NEW HVAC throughout give added space and comfort. A wrap-around front deck and enclosed outside shower complete this great family beach house.
