I am Steve and live in the Yorkshire Dales with my partner - Tina, our two children and our dog Jess.

Why they chose this property

What our gusts say - Absolutely fantastic place to stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ perfect and would highly recommend it a credit to Steve and Tina. All the personal touches, amazing decor, super clean and a great location. We had an excellent week. Thank you.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is fully level assess with a ramp to the doors and no thresholds to doors so would suit guests with accessibility issues.

So guests are aware our cottage is quite close to a main road , around 20 meters. It is fully walled and also has wooden farm type gates. Perfectly safe for pets that are not intent on escaping .If you have any concerns about children, dogs or road noise please contact us or do not book. The road is busiest mornings and early evening but goes very quiet in the evening. We live close by and have never had any noise issues and the cottage is newly built so has double glazing and acoustic insulation.
