Fun time!
Really enjoyed our stay at the Oceanvilla. The beach service was a plus. The only negative thing I have to say was the elevators being down. There is three elevators and only two were working off different circuits so they were chasing each other all day causing horrible wait times and unneeded stopping on every floor. At one point one of those went down, so only one working elevator. By our fifth night all three elevators were back up and working.

PCB Stay
We stayed at Oceanvilla. The condo I viewed online and booked was not the one I stayed in apparently. This condo was decorated in a Paris theme. The patio doors had no working locks. There are three elevators on this property and one of them apparently has not worked since December and they have had numerous issues with one of the other ones. We were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes our first night there.

We loved our stay! The views were beautiful! The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms nicely updates and big! The decor was eclectic and fun. The parking was convenient. Getting to the pools and the beach was easy. Communication was excellent! Great central location on PCB! A wonderful place to stay

Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this condo. It was clean & spacious. There was an issue with someone else trying to claim our beach chairs and the company notified the owner who called us and made sure things were straightened out immediately. Very easy to work with.

The property was beautiful. Very clean and well stocked. The deck was big. The umbrella with two chairs, which come with the rental, were great! My only concern was that both sliding glass doors to the deck did not lock. Restaurants and Pier shopping were within walking distance. All in all, a great time!

This property was excellent!!! Was exactly like the pictures. The View was incredible. Very Clean, had anything you would need as to extra blankets and kitchen appliances. The communication with the owner was so easy and quick! I could go on and on about the positives. I would HIGHLY recommend this property. If I could give it more stars if it was allowed. We will definitely be back.

September getaway.
The property manager, Ella, was excellent in communications. She provided excellent service with check in and parking passes. The condo was spacious with plenty of seating. The kitchen was outfitted for any cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels on hand. The balcony is the shining star! Very spacious with ample seating! The 9th floor is perfect to be above the street/pool noise but close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach! Dolphins every day!! I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Getaway
We stayed the week of the 4th. I'll say it was a bit busy at first, but calmed down. The overall stay was wonderful. The view was great. We enjoyed the balcony size as we sat and ate breakfast, lunch and dinner on the spacious outside table. There was plenty of comfy seating in the living room which was a huge plus. I also want to add that the condo was actually a lot nicer than the pictures show. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and beach access was convenient, and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella was so nice. I'd definitely have no problem bringing my family back to stay here again.

Beautiful views - great balcony
The property was nice. Loved the seating with the 2 couches and love seat. Never felt like we were on top of each other. The showers were wonderful. The mattresses were a little lumpy but it’s a rental unit. Overall, definitely will stay here again. Great owner!!! The free beach chairs were an added luxury but wish they weren’t allowed to put tents in front of the chairs. There was a sign stating not allowed but not in a position where beach goers would see it.

Amazing condo
This condo is one of the nicest, cleanest condos that we have ever stayed in. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in the condo and anticipated and provided for any needs of the guests. I hope this condo is available next time we go to Panama City Beach!!!

We enjoy this location but we knew that going in since we’ve stayed in that condo many different times…in other rooms. Gorgeous views of the ocean. The condo was nicely decorated and clean except for the floors, my husbands feet were black from walking barefoot so they needed to be mopped. My biggest issue were the beds though bc they really need to be replaced. We woke up in terrible pain trying to sleep in the master bed the first night. Needless to say, we were exhausted the next day from lack of sleep. We slept in the guest beds for the remainder of the trip but…we had to buy mattress toppers to even sleep in those beds. The guest bed frames also squeak when you move or roll over. These beds are worn out so I had to mention it bc this room is listed as a handicap accessible room. Some people just don’t realize how worn out beds can cause daily pain and exhaustion if you can’t sleep, therefore making it hard to enjoy your vacation. If the beds are replaced, I would highly recommend this condo. We enjoyed the oversized balcony too.

Very Nice Condo with Excellent View!
We just stayed in this condo and had a great time. The condo was really clean and had plenty of amenities. We cooked at the condo most meals, so it was nice that there were plenty of dishes and pots/pans. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of blankets. Nice shower in the Master Bath. Both had plenty of space and storage. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room. The patio was big and the view was amazing! Easy and quick access to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo are worth it! The pools were clean and nice. Great location to local nightlife, Walmart, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo and will return when we get back to PCB! The owner was excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions.
