At a driving distance of approx. 3 minutes from golf and tennis courts, approx. 5 minutes from the center of Carvoeiro and various nearest beaches. Supermarkets less than 5 minutes away.
Two restaurants within walking distance of 50 meters, 1 of which has a Michelin star.

Wifi and large satellite TV (Canal Digital) available, as well as CD player, docking station for iPod and a large number of books and reading material, cards and games.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
The luxurious attractive living / dining room has an electr. "Fireplace" and air conditioning for cooling or heating and has a comfortable seating area and a separate dining area.
All rooms incl. Bathrooms and separate kitchen are on the ground floor. All rooms, apart from the bathrooms, have air conditioning for cooling or heating. The entire house has shutters / shutters on the outside.
The very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden has a private swimming pool incl. Sun beds, umbrellas, an extendable dining table with accompanying chairs and a sunshade above the terrace. There is also a detached large outdoor barbecue and a parking space on site for 2 cars.
No pets allowed.

PRIVATE POOL
Depth approx. 60 to 160 cm., For children rubber inflatable boat and play mat. present.

BEDROOMS
The three spacious bedrooms all have a large double bed and a lot of cupboard space and are all equipped with air conditioning.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms have bath and shower facilities with thermostats, duo block and bidet, hairdryer available.

KITCHEN
The large, individually located kitchen with air conditioning is fully equipped, a separate laundry room with washing machine is also available. The hot water supply in the entire house is via solar panels (reservoir on the roof terrace), but there is a small 5-liter boiler in the kitchen, which therefore immediately releases very hot water.
