Villa Sancia, a lovely modern villa situated on the scenic Sorrento coast in southern Italy, offers an inviting swimming pool, a garden and breath-taking sea views. The villa (350 square metres) consists of a two-storey main building and an annex. The villa consists of an elegantly furnished lounge with a TV, a dining table accommodating up to 12 people and a well-equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and small appliances.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 8)

All the bedrooms within the main villa are situated on the upper floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning, a double sofa bed (suitable for two children or one adult), and French windows leading to a private terrace. This room also features a tub and ensuite bathroom with a shower, double sink, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms equipped with king size beds, TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning and access to private terraces through French windows. Each of these bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom (with shower, double sink, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer).

ANNEX (sleeps 4)

The annex comprises two double bedrooms equipped with double beds, TV, safe, wardrobe, air conditioning, and French windows leading to a private terrace offering sea views. Both bedrooms are accompanied by ensuite bathrooms (with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet).

Outside, the villa features a gorgeous garden with splendid private terraces and a private swimming pool. The pool comes equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, open from 1 April to 31 October. While a car is not essential, if you happen to have one, there is a private parking area with two available spaces.
