Villa is entirely laid on the ground floor, open-space modern design brand new villa has just open the door for renting. Villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have the exit to the terraces where you can enjoy green views of the surrounding nature. Large kitchen connected with the dinning room make it a great space for evening meal preparations and gatherings. Family room with its large comfy sofa is overlooking the pool and outside through amazing glass walls and sliding doors connecting the inside with the outside. BBQ area is outside connected with outside dinning table great for late air fresco dinners. Villa offers private closed door parking for 3 cars, free Wi-Fi, floor heating and air condition. Only 2 km from great Kanegra beach where you can find everything from send to rocks and pine forest for the nice shaded lounging.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Kroatien! Das Ferienhaus war genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Der Check-In war einfach und schnell und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis, buiten ontbreekt enkel een luifel voor de zon de twee kleine parasols zijn iets te weinig. Te voet naar het strand is ook iets te ver.

Traumhafte Villa & unkomplizierte Abwicklung
Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder 6-13) im Juli 2023 vor Ort. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wunderschöner Pool, 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad/WC. Voll klimatisiert. Tolle Küche, Riesenkühl- und eisschrank. Riesen-TV, Gasgrill, hochwertige Liegen und Mobilar. Wein und Olivenöl zur Begrüßung. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und die Betreuung vor Ort flexibel und zuvorkommend. Abzüge gibt es einzig für die Lage. Obwohl Luftlinie nur 1 km zum Strand, ist es zu Fuß kaum zu machen. Auto ist Pflicht und Strandparkplatz kostet 15 € / Tag. Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien, ob wir wiederkommen, wissen wir nicht, aber die Unterkunft war ein Traum! :-)

Wir waren im September mit der Familie( ein 4 Jähriger) in Villa Niz und ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Es ist sauber und entspricht den Fotos zu 100 % . Die Besitzer kamen nach der Ankunft direkt und haben sich nach uns erkundigt. Man kann vom Haus aus Umag schnell erreichen, das Meer und auch ein Lauf bzw Fahhradgebiet was sich entlang dem Meer befindet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden nächstes Jahr einen weiteren Urlaub in Kroatien verbringen .

Sehr schöne Villa, super Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht um Frühstück vorzubereiten oder eine Kleinigkeit zu kochen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns auch gute Tipps gegeben.

Perfect summer holiday house
It really has everything you need. Everything was cleaned and nicely decorated. Really loved the swimming pool area. And the beach as well, which is really close. Everything was close and you can easily walk. But for bigger places to visit, would recommend having a car. The house is fully equipped and gives high comfort.

Das Haus ist architektonisch vorne dabei und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die sympathische Vermieterin war für unsere Belange offen. Die Übergabe erfolgte unkompliziert. Leider liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe kein Bäcker oder ähnliches, sodass auch für kleinere Besorgungen der Weg nach umag notwendig wurde.
