The accommodation comprises:
Entrance into good sized kitchen which has a range of units and is fully equipped with full size oven and grill, ceramic hob, full height fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Lots of cooking equipment and crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are provided.
Carpeted lounge with two sofas, armchair, footstool, occasional tables. Television with Freeview and a DVD player. Patio doors leading out to rear garden.
Stairs leading to first floor where you will find two bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and bedside tables. Clothes hanging area in airing cupboard.
The second bedroom can sleep up to four. This room has twin beds and also a set of full-sized bunk-beds.
Family bathroom has recently been modernised and has a bath with electric shower over, washbasin and WC.
First floor hallway cupboard contains various leisure supplies for use by the guests, such as bodyboards.
Second narrow staircase leading up to converted loft space providing light master bedroom with a super king size bed and small en-suite (shower, washbasin and WC). This lovely room has a Velux window under which there is a cosy window seat where you can sit and relax, enjoying the view of the sea and cliffs over the rooftops. At certain times throughout the year you can be lucky enough to watch the sun setting into the sea without having to leave the bedroom – stunning!
The property benefits from a good space around three sides. The rear garden is laid to lawn and has some garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. To the rear of this garden is a quiet private parking area used by the row of properties behind. The rear garden is joined to the front garden via a narrow stretch of lawn alongside the house. The front garden is also laid to lawn and backs onto the quiet private parking area for this row of properties.
Bed linen, a hand towel and a tea towel are provided (guests must provide their own bath towels and beach towels).
