The complex is very popular for many reasons. It is perfect for family holidays with its indoor heated pool, Club House restaurant, 2 large family pools and an on-site supermarket specializing in English products. The complex also employs guards.

Pueblo Evita is one of the few communities offering jacuzzi, pool, as well as restaurant/bars, children's club and evening entertainment.

The complex and apartments have a lovely Andalusian village-style and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon.

Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants/shops, tennis club and the best beach (Santa María) just a stone's throw away.

The train station for those arriving from the airport is in the city center of Arroyo de la Miel, also very close by car. Those vacationing in Benalmádena are likely to repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting as there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but having a spectacular open view of the mountain and sea.
