This impressive apartment with sea views and terrace is located on the sixth floor of the Benal Beach complex. Where you can enjoy the best views due to its privileged position.

This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels, etc. Independent bedroom with sea view from the bed and TV, built-in wardrobe, quality mattress (ergonomic) and a double sofa bed.
The Banal Beach complex is located in front of the beach and has many excellent facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Including, 5 pools, pool bar, gym. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23º)
Pool and slide opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.
Access to all property departments.
Community parking (subject to availability).
PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.
Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.
