This special apartment is located in the Benalbeach complex and has a large open-plan dining terrace with incredible sea and garden views. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and restaurants.

This apartment has 2 terraces in the Benal Beach complex.

The apartment has 2 single beds that can be converted into a double and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The floor is very bright and fully equipped with everything necessary. Including... Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open-plan living room that opens onto the dining terrace.

Benal Beach is a well-known complex located directly in front of the beach. We have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including 5 pools, slides, a gym and a market.

POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

Pool and slide opening hours may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

Gym in the building, with a supplement, paid directly at the gym.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to €200. This measure allows us to offer you a calm and worry-free experience.
