A stone-built cottage located in the sleepy village of Thwaite in the Yorkshire Dales national park, an ideal getaway for families or friends looking to holiday together in this beautiful park of Yorkshire. The property is full of character with beams and an open fire to warm your toes after walking in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Within walking distance of the local cafe and pub.     
* Size:   2 bedrooms * Nearest pub:  Less than 1 mile. *  Nearest amenities:  Less than 1 mile. * Pets:   Three pets welcome *  Short breaks:  Available all year round. *  Smoking:  Not allowed at this property. *  Rooms:   1 lounge/diner, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. * Beds: 1 King-size, 1 Zip & Link set up as 2 singles (please advise if you wish this to be a Super-King) *  Luxuries:  Unlimited Wifi, large TV with Freeview. *  General: Electric storage heaters, open fire in lounge (welcome pack of fuel provided) * Notes: Towels are provided. Please note that this property does not allow smoking. Unlimited WiFi is available free of charge. Mobile phone signal is variable. *  Standard:  Toaster, microwave, TV, DVD *  Other:  Bed linen and towels are provided. Short breaks accepted all year round. * Layout: The property is over two floors, ground floor and first floor *  Parking:  Street parking outside the property for one car. Cosy cottage in wonderful surroundings
We spent 10 days in The Cottage and used the time to discover beautiful Swaledale and its surroundings mainly by walking. It was very nice to come home in the evenings to a cosy and very well equipped cottage. We would love to come again!
