Gorgeous view
Villa has a fantastic view and everything you could need for a self catering holiday. When we booked it the description showed a self contained flat but that wasn't useable and we were shown to an office type room with a sofa bed at the front of the villa. Unfortunately, my daughter was going to stay in the flat area but as she couldn't she didn't feel safe staying in the room overlooking the street, so ended up sleeping on the sofa! This wasn't ideal as we had paid more for this villa than we would usually, because we expected to be able to use the flat that was listed. Also the other bedroom isn't accessible through the main house. This is ok if you have different families holidaying together but a bit odd if all of you are together as a family. The main toilet kept blocking but there was another toilet in the house that we could use. Aside from these issues, the villa is in a fab spot, overlooking Altea and a small supermarket is nearby. The villa is, however, near a main road into Altea Hills, so you do get some road noise and also noise from the overhead electricity cables. If you want total peace this isn't for you but if you can get used to these then it is a fabulous place to stay.

Toller Urlaub mit und für die ganze Familie
Das Objekt ist kurzfristig frei geworden und daher haben wir hier kurz entschlossen "zugeschnappt". Das Anwesen ist toll gelegen und die Aussicht, genau wie auf den Bildern, ein absoluter Traum. Wir sind lediglich mit vier Personen dort gewesen (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind (3) und ein Teenager (15)), hierfür war die Villa eigentlich zu groß. Somit haben wir lediglich 2 Schlafzimmer genutzt. Zur Aufteilung des Objekts muss man erwähnen, dass lediglich das "Hauptschlafzimmer" vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar ist. Die anderen Schlafzimmer sind ausschließlich über die Terrasse bzw. den Garten-/Pool Bereich zugänglich - dies wird in der Anzeige explizit erwähnt (Sicherlich ideal um mit mehreren Pärchen / Familien Urlaub zu machen) Aus diesem Grund hat unser Sohn bei uns im Schlafzimmer geschlafen (Kinderbett vorhanden!) Der Checkin und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat sehr gut per Email und WhatsApp funktioniert. Marian und Cor haben umgehend geantwortet und waren stets erreichbar. Selbst eine erhebliche Verspätung unsereseits, verursacht durch sieben Unfälle und 5 Stunden Stau in Frankreich wurden von Marian klaglos hingenommen. Marian hat uns um 21:45 Uhr in der Villa willkommen geheißen, uns die Villa gezeigt und erklärt und die Stromzähler mit uns abgelesen. Die Küche ist VOLL ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts (Backofen, Side by Side Kühlschrank mit Eiswurfelmaschine, Teppan Yaki Platte, Doppelspülbecken, Geschirrspülmaschine, Weinkühlschrank und andere diverse Elektrogeräte) und a

Great relaxing holiday
The property was stunning, with loads of space and different areas for relaxing eating, drinking and playing games. The pool was much larger than we expected and big enough for a lot of fun. The kitchen was very well kitted out, but we tended to use excellent gas bbq (there were 2 other 2 bbq’s but we didn’t use them). The views were great and we were close to a supermarket and a short drive to the various beaches.

Prachtig uitzicht en een mooie tuin met zwembad!
Het huis zelf viel ons tegen, het is rommelig en veel spullen zijn verouderd en kapot zoals de tuinkussens en stopcontacten en kranen die los zitten. Het is is prima voor een stel om lekker buiten te genieten. Het gasten verblijf aan het huis is prima maar de overige 2 gasten verblijven hebben zweer slechte bedden en zijn vochtig en rommelig.

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf met prachtig uitzicht
Een fijne vakantiewoning met groot zwembad en het uitzicht is fantastisch . Het huis zelf mag wel wat opgeknapt worden maar je leeft toch buiten . Keuken was perfect . Marian en Cor zijn fijne enthousiaste mensen die ons prima hebben ontvangen . Wie weet Marian en Cor treffen wel elkaar nog eens . Bedankt voor de goede zorgen .

We loved it!
The stay in this villa provided everything we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space is beautiful. You can never tire of the view of Benidorm and the neighbouring resort of L'Albir. The villa contained everything we needed for comfort, practicalities and fun. Our host was extremely helpful and accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.
