Lage super, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Das Haus sieht ansprechend aus mit 2 schönen Terrassen. Aber die sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit im Haus und unbequeme Matratzen/Kissen haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich negativ beeinträchtigt

ECCELLENTE

Appartamento sito in un complesso residenziale a pochi isolati dal mare (raggiungibile a piedi) in una zona molto tranquilla e lontana dal traffico ma a pochi isolati dal centro del paese e dai negozi di prima necessità. Casa su due piani, accessoriata di tutto, biancheria da letto e bagno, con lavatrice, microonde, aria condizionata e una griglia esterna validissima. Già previsto un posto auto all'interno del residance ma vicinissima anche ad un parcheggio a pagamento (nel caso di più auto) a prezzi giornalieri ragionevoli. Il sig. Giovanni è stato disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta con un'accolgienza eccezzionale. Le foto della casa proposte nel sito non le riendono giustizia: è bellissima, più di quello che già sembra! Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Posto da raccomandare!

Soggiorno bellissimo...

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, non manca di nulla. Gli ambienti sono ben arredati, puliti e funzionali. Gli spazi esterni sono molto belli e contribuisocno a dare un senso di libertà di movimento. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile alle nostre eventuali richieste. Un soggiorno da ricordare...

Super saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr sehr sauber, komplett Ausgestattet inkl. zwei Klimaanlagen. Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Untergeschoss daher immer sehr frisches und kühles Klima. Zwei voll Ausgestattet Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Terrasse Ausgestattet mit Gasgrill und Aussendusche. Bäcker direkt um die Ecke und auch alles andere Fussläufig erreichbar. Kommunikation super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trovare una buona location può essere semplice

La casa è molto bella in un contesto tranquillo. Dove si ha a portata tutto ciò che può servire. Il proprietario si è subito distinto per disponibilità e gentilezza nel dare risposte alle richieste. Era la prima volta che andavamo a San Vito, le informazioni sono state molto utili. Apprezzatissima la disponibilità. Abbiamo trovato un la casa molto bella e adattissima a 7 persone, ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Non mancava nulla. Direi consigliatissima

Appartamento come da descrizione il soggiorno è stato piacevole e il punto forte dell’appartamento è la zona notte che ci ha permesso di fare sonni tranquilli ma soprattutto al fresco !!!!!! Lo consiglio a tutti 👍 !!!!!!

Vacanza perfetta

La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione dell’annuncio. Si trova in contesto tranquillo ma vicino al mare e a pochi passi dal centro. Nelle vicinanze anche market, panificio, farmacia, bar.. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo gli spazi esterni della villetta, che permettono di cucinare e mangiare all’esterno sia a pranzo che a cena. Le camere al piano semi/interrato sono silenziose e fresche. Infine il Sig. Giovanni è stato disponibilissimo nei nostri confronti e sempre pronto a venirci incontro!! È stata una bellissima vacanza.. !! Appartamento consigliatissimo ;)

Appartamento pulitissimo,funzionale,spazioso,con patio interno ed esterno, vicinissimo al mare (a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dallo stabilimento al Sabbione), al centro di San Vito, ma al tempo stesso ubicato in un contesto silenzioso,all’interno di un grazioso residence!Il proprietario è una persona molto cordiale.Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento per una vacanza in relax!Noi eravamo due coppie con bambini piccoli e siamo stati benissimo!Grazie!

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday

Spent 2 weeks in SAN Vito Lo Capo staying in Giovanni beautiful Property. On arriving in Sicily Giovanni sent a text to let us know how to get there and met us on arrival. He showed us around the property explaining everything in full. His communication was always prompt. We loved staying there, only a short 5 min walk to the beach. The property was spotlessly clean and modern and made our stay so enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying in SAN Vito at Giovanni’s place. Highly recommended Hope to return!!

Quando hai una location comoda, vicina alle spiagge ed al centro paese non puoi che essere soddisfatto. Giovanni è stato molto gentile e ospitale ed i suoi suggerimenti sono stati apprezzati......grazie. Consiglio vivamente questa location!! ...unica pecca..... :-) le vacanze sono durate poco!!!

Soggiorno molto piacevole

In vacanza a san Vito dal 28/7 all'11 agosto. L'appartamento è come descritto. Le stanze sono grandi e molto comode arredate anche con un certo gusto. I 2 bagni hanno tutto quello che serve . Cucina attrezzata e salotto comodo. Comoda la climatizzazione. le due terrazze, di cui una con un BQ permettono di mangiare sempre all'esterno. L'appartamento è molto comodo, puo' accogliere tranquillamente sei persone! Il Sig. Giovanni è una persona estremamente gentile e accogliente. sempre a disposizione. Utili i suoi consigli per il transfer da Trapani a San Vito e l'indicazione dei vari ristoranti e l'enoteca (ottima) e vicina all'appartamento. Non posso che condigliarlo! Ritorneremo appena possibile! Grazie ancora sig. Giovanni Super appartement, très bien équipé et à 7 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre de San Vito. Il peut accueillir tranquillement 6/7 personnes! Le propriétaire M. Giovanni Incandela est très gentil et toujours disponible. Je conseille l'appartement à tous ceux qui veulent aller à san Vito. Nou on y retournera et dans le même appartement. Merci encore M. Giovanni

Location impeccabile

Ho affittato questo appartamento per una vacanza in famiglia (5 adulti e due bambini) e devo dire che ho trovato la location perfetta: spazi grandi, due terrazze di cui una con doccia e cucina esterna, ogni tipo di confort, eccezionale la zona ( vicino al mare ma anche al centro). Il Sig Giovanni è disponibile e molto preciso. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Alles perfekt!

In dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbrachten wir zu 5 unseren Kletter/Badeurlaub. Was soll man sagen? Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Verarbeitung z.B. von Wänden, Böden, Fliesen ist ganz genau und perfekt. Man hat in der Wohnung viel Platz, die Räume sind großzügig und bieten angenehmen Komfort. Als erstes waren wir etwas von der Lage der Schlafzimmer(im Keller) enttäuscht, irgendwie haben wir das übersehen:) ABER! Unten zu schlafen war sehr, sehr angenehm von der Temperatur und die Fenster hatten solide Moskitonetze, so dass die Fenster Tag und Nacht aufgelassen werden konnten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist TOP, es ist alles da was man braucht an Küchenutensilien & Co., die Handtücher waren schön groß und von sehr guter Qualität. Die beiden Terassen genossen wir sehr! Auf der einen Terasse spielte sich das Leben, es ist alles da:Kochherd, Grill, Waschbecken mit warmen! Wasser, Dusche mit warmen! Wasser zum Abduschen, schöner großer Tisch und bequeme Stühle. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Und schön ruhig! Zu dem nächsten Supermarkt, Bäcker ist es nicht weit, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, er hat unsere vielen Fragen sehr geduldig beantwortet und es wurden Extrawünsche(Kinderausstattung) erfüllt. Dafür besten Dank J.!!! Wir hoffen auf jeden Fall noch mal zu kommen

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento ottimo!!!Le camere al piano interrato sono leggermente umide ma il pianterreno ripaga di tutto: l'esterno attrezzato con fornelli, lavandino, barbecue e tavolo è impagabile. Cucina davvero ben attrezzata e casa ben curata nei dettagli. Molto bello il contesto e la posizione. Ideale per una vacanza rilassante
