2 Primrose Villas is a lovely semi-detached stone cottage resting in Rosedale Abbey, in the heart of North York Moors. Set over three floors, the property hosts two bedrooms: one double and one second-floor king-size with day bed, sleeping a total of five guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs provides an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside has lawned garden and patio area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. 2 Primrose Villas is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the heart of the North York Moors. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, Smart TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is off-road parking for 1 car only, but plenty of roadside parking. Please note the garden is not enclosed, lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7.3 miles and pub 1.3 miles. NOTE: A starter pack of logs/kindling is provided for the woodburner, but any additional wood would need to be purchased by the guest - there is information in the property for local suppliers.
