Our holiday apartment for rent Villa Stavica is very spacious - 173 sqm - and it's for 8 persons.
It's new and a little bit luxurious. There are 3 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 bathrooms and 1 separated WC.
In one big space there are kitchen area, dinning area and living room. From this space you can go outside to the spacious pool area and large garden with fields and forests (about 5000 sqm).
The pool is enough big - 10 x 5 meters - about 50 sqm.
In the garden you can play games on the grass, table-tennis, etc.
In the front of the house there is parking for 4 cars.
The house is equipped with all that you need for your rest.
The nature around is beautiful, good for walking, jogging or bicycling routes.

Einfach perfekt

Der Vermieter war überaus freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Der Check-in verlief absolut problemlos. Das Haus selber ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten eine Menge Spaß. Sei es im Pool oder bei den vielen Spielgeräten (Tore, Trampolin, Spieleturm, Wippe, Schaukel, uvm. ) In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Attraktionen die zu Tagesausflügen einladen. Danke für alles. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen Istriens

Das Apartment liegt etwas außerhalb und man hat hier viel Platz zum erholen. Leider war der Pool mit 18 grad nicht gerade warm, aber das nächste mal werden wir einfach früher kommen. Der Vermieter wohnt ebenfalls im Haus, und war steht’s für uns da, wenn wir fragen hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.😎☀️🇭🇷

Sehr schöne große und saubere Ferienvilla

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und hat einen tollen sehr großen Pool. Alles war top sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Sauberes und modernes Ferienhaus

Trotz der Entfernung zum Meer haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus, Grundstück und Pool waren sehr sauber und modern. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit zur Stelle, hilfsbereit und konnte uns wertvolle Tipps für alle Fragen geben.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder (2 Jahre) und waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Schutzgitter für den Abgang zum Pool mitgebracht, damit die Kids nicht alleine zum Pool laufen können. Ansonsten gibt es an dem Objekt nichts zu meckern. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und immer erreichbar. Würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen :-)

Ein Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Gesamtpaket ist unschlagbar. Größe, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage, Pool und "Sportwiese" sind einfach toll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und hat sich angefühlt wie im Paradies. Super!
