Great location

My family of five stayed here for four nights and had a great time. The location is fantastic and so easy to get around London quickly using the tube. We walked a lot and it is so close to Kensington Gardens which was beautiful in the evenings. Make sure to visit Portabello market too. Lots of great restaurants and shops to visit. We'd definitely stay here again. Host was great at communicating and responding quickly.

Good space, great location, great host

Just a few blocks from Notting Hill Gate station and lots of amenities and lovely neighborhood streets north. Space is very nice and as shown in photos and is well appointed. The host is super responsive, helpful and friendly!

Great location

Beautiful flat that is bright, clean and so close to shopping, restaurants & Kensington Gardens. Our family of five relied on the tube for transportation and it was a great location to use as a hub for touring the city.

Great Location and Excellent Host

Very nice flat in Notting Hill area convenient to metro and the host was wonderful. Great artwork. Loved having the washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms with showers for our family of 5. Key lockbox was also helpful as we sometimes split up. (For anyone with mobility issues, I would just note the flat is down an outside stairwell, but the flat itself is all one level.) Thank you so much Paula!

Owner canceled our stay 4 hours before check in!

Beware!!!!!!! Owner canceled our stay claiming a “natural disaster” in London! Natural disaster consists of tornado, earthquake, flood —none of these occurred in London when we arrived with no where to stay!!!! Owner gave us no warning and no details! Sounds like a scam for more money to me!!

Good stay here

We had a good family stay here for a week.The good - great location near the Tube and bus stops so very easy to get around. Property is on the edge of Notting Hill and neighborhood was not as nice as other areas of Notting Hill. Communication with the host was outstanding and the check in process was simple. The couches in the living room folder out to beds which were more comfy than a normal sofa bed. The not so good - the flat is below street level and you have to navigate a very narrow and steep staircase to get down. Difficult with a lot of luggage, would be impossible for an older person or someone with injuries. The front door is next to the garbage room where the trash cans were kept. No smell but residents coming down stairs to dump their garbage in the room. Because it was below street level, it wasn't the best lit flat but we only really used it to sleep and shower and were out most of the time. The pics make it look much brighter than it actually is. Showers could have used a good scrubbing as there was mildew in the corners and on some tiles. Overall a good stay but we only really used it to sleep and shower and didn't spend any time in the apartment. Great location for public transportation and host was great.
