Modern, new luxurious penthouse in modern designed villa with outdoor pool, gym, private parking.

Everything is near by villa (restaurants, beach, center, ATM, bakery, glocery, bus stataion, rent a car or boat, bank or doctor etc) and thatś what makes it so specail!
Outdoor pool is 4x8m, 1.5m depth. The pool is private, and only guests from Punta Apartments will have access to it. Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location.

Vodice is a charming seaside town, a 40min drive from both the airport in Zadar (north) and Trogir (south). The center consists of cozy stone house located centered around the marina with restaurants, ice- and cocktail-bars lying in a row. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing on the beaches or go fishing, diving, on cycling trips or attend excursions.
