The Space:
Parque Santiago II 155 - Two Bed is a charming duplex apartment located in a prime position within the popular Playa de las Americas complex in Tenerife. This south-facing apartment offers abundant sunshine throughout the day and boasts captivating pool views. The downstairs terrace ensures a safe environment for young children with its secure gate. The terrace is thoughtfully equipped with four comfortable sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and a delightful patio table and chairs. Additionally, a portion of the terrace is covered, providing shade and versatility.

Upon entering the apartment through the patio doors, guests are welcomed into a tastefully furnished lounge. The cozy space features two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with an extensive selection of English and international satellite channels, two side tables with lamps, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Just a couple of steps up from the lounge, the dining area awaits, complete with an elegant dining table and chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen comprising an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge.

Conveniently located on the same level, a downstairs cloakroom offers a wash hand basin and WC. Moving to the upper level via the stairs, guests will find the master bedroom, with two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and a ceiling fan. Patio doors open up to a private balcony, which, like the rest of the apartment, faces south and offers delightful pool views. The balcony is tastefully furnished with a patio table and chairs, creating an inviting space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The second bedroom also boasts two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom on this level is equipped with a bath and shower overhead, a wash hand basin, a WC, and a washing machine. In addition, a z-bed can be provided for a fifth person if needed.

The apartment also has wifi internet access.

Please note that there is a final cleaning fee of 70 euros, payable in cash upon arrival unless paid in advance.
